Worth knowing

- Pick a duration and press Start to grow a tree. Leaving the app for social media or games kills it, and finished sessions unlock new plants on the Grand Tour.
- Group focus
- Host or join a room with friends or by passcode. If everyone stays off their phone, each person wins an extra tree; if the host leaves, every tree in the room dies.
- To-do list and goals
- To-do items can carry reminders and a time goal. Tagging a tree with a to-do adds that session's time to the goal, which can reset daily, weekly or monthly.
- Habit tracker and statistics
- A to-do can track a streak of successive days with a tagged tree, and the app compiles daily, weekly, monthly and yearly focus statistics.
