Part 01 · Overview

Welcome

What it is, who it suits, its grades and the ten things to know first

2.0

GPA, above 1 of the 23 other cold outreach tools we grade

AiSDR is an AI agent for outbound sales. Its assistant, Ami, studies your website and past campaigns, proposes audiences and angles, finds matching people from live web and LinkedIn data, and writes and sends researched emails and LinkedIn messages, answering replies as they come in. Self-serve use is paid per person contacted, while larger teams buy plans priced by volume through sales.

To get you started, here are 7 things to know about AiSDR, taken from its own pages and our grades.

  1. 1

Best for outbound run by an AI agent, paid per lead

There's nothing free to try, though, and Salesforce sync and LinkedIn signals wait for Team plans quoted by sales.

  2. 2

    It runs on Web

    Web.

  3. 3

    Ami, the AI GTM agent

Analyzes your website and results, proposes target audiences and messaging angles, then builds and runs the campaign and adjusts it as replies arrive.

  4. 4

    Live lead search and signals

Describe the buyer in plain words and AiSDR searches LinkedIn and web data, watches signals such as job changes, new hires and funding, and enriches contacts from 20 providers.

  5. 5

    Email and LinkedIn sequences

Emails from Gmail or Outlook mixed with LinkedIn connection requests, messages, InMails and voice notes in one sequence, plus AI call steps through Aircall.

  6. 6

    A 2.0 GPA, above 1 of 23

That is against the other cold outreach tools we grade, on value, the free plan, features, ease of use and platforms.

  7. 7

    Keep it

To replace AiSDR you would be making newsletters sent to thousands of people that still reach the inbox. That is not a weekend's work, with an AI app builder or without one.

The report card

Best for outbound run by an AI agent, paid per lead

AiSDR hands your outbound to an AI agent called Ami, which picks the audience, finds the people, writes the emails and LinkedIn messages and answers the replies. You can start without a sales call and pay $1.50 for each person it contacts. There's nothing free to try, though, and Salesforce sync and LinkedIn signals wait for Team plans quoted by sales.

ToolGPA report cardAiSDRGraded Oct 18, 2026
SubjectGradeComment
Value for moneyCNo plan price is published. On your own it's pay as you go, $1.50 per person prospected, charged daily with no monthly fee, so the bill follows how many people Ami contacts. Team plans for 1,000+ people a month are quoted by sales. With no plan price to set against the category, it sits at C.
Free plan and trialFNothing free on record: no free plan and no trial. The cheapest way in is a pay-as-you-go campaign from $7.50, which is cheap, but it's paying, not trying.
FeaturesBThe whole job: Ami studies your site, finds buyers from LinkedIn and web data, then runs email and LinkedIn sequences with AI call steps through Aircall, bounce checks, warm-up and AI replies. Salesforce sync, LinkedIn signals and voice notes are on Team plans only.
Ease of useCNo App Store rating on record. Ami does a lot of the thinking, but there's still setup: Gmail or Outlook and LinkedIn to connect, and a look-alike sending domain to add at $33 a month if you'd rather not risk your own.
Platforms and integrationsBWeb only, with two-way HubSpot sync, Aircall, Calendly, Gmail and Outlook, and Salesforce on Team plans. No API on record, and no phone or desktop app.
Grade point averageFair, out of 4.02.0

An A is worth 4 points, a B 3, a C 2, a D 1 and an F nothing. The GPA is the average of the five.

Who AiSDR is for

  • Great if you're a founder who wants outbound running without hiring an SDR
  • Handy when you want to try AI outreach on a few campaigns with no monthly fee

Who it is not for

  • Pricey if you contact lots of people on your own, as every person prospected costs $1.50
  • Not for you if you run Salesforce and want to skip the sales call, as its sync is on Team plans only
  • Skip it if you want to try before paying anything, as there's no free plan or trial on record

Keep it, or make your own?

Whether this is something you could build for yourself with an AI app builder, and what you would give up.

Keep it

To replace AiSDR you would be making newsletters sent to thousands of people that still reach the inbox. That is not a weekend's work, with an AI app builder or without one.

That makes this kind of software worth paying for, not this one in particular: 19 of the 23 other cold outreach tools grade higher.

What you could not

  • Newsletters sent to thousands of people that still reach the inbox.
  • An AI agent, with the models and the safeguards behind it.
  • It plugs into other products, HubSpot, Salesforce and Aircall among them.
  • The depth: we grade its features B, which means it covers the whole job.

What this rests on. AiSDR’s listing: what it does, where it runs, what it plugs into and what it costs. It is a judgement about the kind of software this is. We have not built a replacement for it, and making your own means looking after it too. How we decide, and every tool’s verdict.
