Guesty syncs Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com, puts guest messages in one inbox and sets cleaning tasks after each checkout. Lite covers 1 to 3 listings from $9 a listing plus 1% of every booking, and past that Pro and Enterprise are quote only. Lock control, damage protection and advanced analytics are paid add-ons, and PriceOptimizer is too unless you're on the 1% plan.
