Part 01 · Overview
Welcome
What it is, who it suits, its grades and the ten things to know first
2.4
GPA, above 8 of the 43 other habit trackers we grade
Me+ is a routine planner and habit tracker for iPhone and Android from Enerjoy, a wellness app studio. Users build morning and daily routines, check off habits with reminders, and log mood and progress, with planning templates and self-care guidance to draw on. The app is free to download, and a VIP subscription, listed on the App Store at $9.99 a month or $39.99 a year, unlocks the VIP features.
To get you started, here are 10 things to know about Me+, taken from its own pages and our grades.
The templates mean you don't start from a blank page.
- 1
Best for ready-made self-care routines on your phone
Me+ is a routine planner for iPhone and Android built on ready-made morning and daily templates, with habit ticks and a mood log.
- 2
Paid plans start at $3.33 a month when paid by the year
As its pricing page puts it: $39.99 per year, or $9.99 per month (App Store prices).
- 3
There is a free plan
Free to download and use. The store listings do not spell out which features stay free, only that VIP features need a subscription.
- 4

iOS and Android.
- 5
Daily routine planner
Build morning and daily routines from your own tasks, each with an icon and a color you choose.
- 6
Habit tracking with reminders
Check off daily habits as they are done and set reminders in the planner for items on the day's to-do list.
- 7
Mood and progress tracker
Log mood each day alongside habits and goals, and review how routines are progressing over time.
- 8
Refunds: no set window
Me+ sells its VIP plan through Apple and Google, and Enerjoy's terms say payments are non-refundable. So if you want your money back you ask the store, and the answer is the store's, not Enerjoy's.
- 9

That is against the other habit trackers we grade, on value, the free plan, features, ease of use and platforms.

The report card
Best for ready-made self-care routines on your phone
Me+ is a routine planner for iPhone and Android built on ready-made morning and daily templates, with habit ticks and a mood log. It rates 4.8 from about 248,000 App Store ratings. But the listings never say which features are free and which need VIP at $39.99 a year or $9.99 a month, the store shows other prices from $7.99 to $69.99, and there's no web app, health data or link to any other app.
| Subject | Grade | Comment |
|---|---|---|
| Value for money | C | VIP is $39.99 a year, $3.33 a month, which is exactly the middle of what this category charges. Pay monthly and it's $9.99, three times that, and the store's purchase list shows other amounts from $7.99 a month to $69.99 a year, so the offer you see may not be either. |
| Free plan and trial | C | Free to download, and then nobody will tell you where free ends: the store listings say only that the VIP features need a subscription, without naming one of them. That's a cap you'll find by hitting it. |
| Features | C | The basics for routines: morning and daily routines built from your own tasks with icons and colours, habits ticked off with reminders, a daily mood log, planning templates and an MBTI test that suggests routines. No streak scores, no statistics to speak of, no health data and nothing it connects to. |
| Ease of use | A | 4.8 on the App Store from about 248,000 ratings, an A on our ladder. The templates mean you don't start from a blank page. |
| Platforms and integrations | C | A phone app and nothing more. The App Store listing describes it as designed for iPhone, there's an Android version, and there's no web or desktop at all, nor anything it connects to. |
An A is worth 4 points, a B 3, a C 2, a D 1 and an F nothing. The GPA is the average of the five.
Who Me+ is for
- Fits if you want ready-made self-care routines to start from, on your phone
- Works for tracking your mood next to your daily habits in one app
Who it is not for
- Skip it if you want to know what's free before you download, as the listings don't say
- Not for you if you plan on a laptop or the web, since it's a phone app only
- Pricey if you pay by the month, at $9.99 against $39.99 for the year
- Watch out: the App Store lists other VIP prices, from $7.99 a month to $69.99 a year, so the offer may differ
- Too light for anyone who wants streak scores, health data or links to other apps
Good to know
Good for
- People who want ready-made self-care routines to start from
- Tracking mood alongside daily habits in one phone app
- Phone-only use on iPhone or Android
Worth knowing
- Phone app only: the App Store listing describes it as designed for iPhone, and no web or desktop version is offered.
- VIP features need a subscription, and the store listings do not say which features remain free.
- The App Store's in-app purchase list shows other price points, from $7.99 for a month to $69.99 for a year, so the offer shown in the app may differ.

Where it stands
Its grades against its category, and whether to keep it or make your own
8/43
Other habit trackers it is graded above
Me+'s GPA of 2.4 is higher than 8 of the 43 other habit trackers we grade, and level with 10.
It stands best on ease of use (A, above 28 of 43) and worst on features (C, above 0).
Its paid plans start at $3.33 a month when paid by the year, against a middle price of $2.50 for the category: 17 of the 28 others that charge start lower.
On features, ease of use and platforms it scores 2.7 out of 4. 4 tools score higher and cost less.

Keep it, or make your own?
Whether this is something you could build for yourself with an AI app builder, and what you would give up.
You could make this
A habit tracker at its plainest is a list of habits, a tick for each day and a count of the streak.
What Me+ does at its core is habit tracking and mood tracking, and that is the kind of thing an AI app builder makes well. You would give up one thing, listed below, and little else. It costs $39.99 a year. An AI app builder starts at about $19 a month on our listings, and you only need it while you build.
What you could make
- Habit tracking and mood tracking: an app builder makes these well.
What you could not
- A real app for iOS and Android. Something home-made would be a web page.
What this rests on. Me+’s listing: what it does, where it runs, what it plugs into and what it costs. It is a judgement about the kind of software this is. We have not built a replacement for it, and making your own means looking after it too. How we decide, and every tool’s verdict.
Part 05 · Refunds
After you pay
Getting your money back, getting out, and getting help
What happens once you have paid: whether you can get your money back, how to leave, and how to reach a person when something goes wrong. Each is graded from Me+’s own terms and help pages.
Refunds and cancelling
Ordinary · checked Oct 18, 2026
Me+ sells its VIP plan through Apple and Google, and Enerjoy's terms say payments are non-refundable. So if you want your money back you ask the store, and the answer is the store's, not Enerjoy's. The upside is that cancelling is a switch in your store settings and you keep VIP to the end of the period you paid for. That is how every app sold this way works, so a C.
- Refund window
- No set window
- How you cancel
- In the app store
- Getting your money back
The terms say all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly provided in them, and they provide no refund window. They add that nothing in them limits a refund or cancellation right that cannot lawfully be excluded, or one given under the App Provider's own rules. The App Store listing says a cancelled subscription is not refunded for the current period.
Stated on enerjoy.life- How to cancel Me+
The terms say a subscription bought through an App Provider must be managed or cancelled through that provider, and that deleting an Enerjoy account or uninstalling the app does not cancel it. The App Store listing says you manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings. The terms say the Enerjoy account itself is closed by writing to the company.
Stated on enerjoy.life- What you keep afterwards
The App Store listing says that when you cancel, the subscription stays active until the end of the period and auto-renewal is switched off, with no refund for the current period, and that any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. None of the pages read says what happens to your data after an account is closed, or how to export it.
Stated on apps.apple.com- Renewals
The terms say recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, with the price, billing period, free-trial terms and renewal terms shown before purchase. The App Store listing adds that the renewal is charged 24 hours before the current period ends unless auto-renew is switched off at least 24 hours beforehand. No reminder is promised.
Stated on apps.apple.com
In your favour
- Cancelling is a switch in your App Store or Google Play settings, not a conversation.
- Cancel and you keep VIP until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- The App Store listing sets out the price, the renewal and the 24-hour deadline before you buy.
Watch out for
- The terms say payments are non-refundable, so a refund is Apple's or Google's call, not Enerjoy's.
- Turn auto-renew off less than 24 hours before the period ends and you are charged for another one.
- Deleting your Enerjoy account does not cancel the subscription. You have to do both.
- Nothing on the pages read says what becomes of your data after you leave, or how to export it.
Customer support
Weak · checked Oct 18, 2026
There is a contact form on Enerjoy's site and an address in the terms, and that is the whole of it. No help centre, no articles, no forum, no stated hours and no promised reply. The form's own message types are aimed at partnerships, media and careers as much as at customers, and paying for VIP buys you nothing extra. That earns a D.
Ways to get help
Email
The terms give an address for notices and for questions about the service, and the same address is used for closing an account. The App Store listing gives a separate feedback address for the iOS app.
Stated on enerjoy.lifeContact form or ticket

- When people answer

- How fast it says it replies
Its pages do not say.
- What depends on your plan
Its pages do not say.
In your favour
- The App Store listing points to the same contact page, so there is one obvious place to write.
Watch out for
- No help centre, no articles and no forum: nothing to read when something goes wrong.
- No hours and no reply time are stated on any page read.
- The contact form's message types cover partnerships, media, careers and feedback, not billing.
- Nothing on the pages read gives paying VIP users a faster route than free ones.
What these two grades rest on. Read on 18 October 2026: Enerjoy's terms of use, its contact page, the Me+ product page on the Enerjoy site, and the app's App Store and Google Play listings, where the subscription and renewal terms are set out. No help centre or billing article was found. Nobody here cancelled a plan or contacted Enerjoy's support. They are graded apart from the five that make the GPA. How we grade refunds and support.
