QRCode Monkey makes static QR codes with logos, colors and vector downloads, free with no sign-up and no scan limit. But a code can't be edited after it's printed or tracked at all, the site carries ads for QR Code Generator PRO and Bitly, and anyone who needs editing or scan counts is sent off to a paid tool.
