Part 01 · Overview

Welcome

What it is, who it suits, its grades and the ten things to know first

2.2

GPA, above 68 of the 157 other AI search visibility tools we grade

Superlines, from Helsinki, tracks where brands appear in AI-generated answers, how prominently they are placed, which competitors are recommended instead and which sources the engines cite, by market and language. It reads answers from the engines' user interfaces rather than their APIs. It is aimed at enterprise marketing teams and agencies, with self-service plans for smaller teams.

To get you started, here are 9 things to know about Superlines, taken from its own pages and our grades.

  1. 1

Best for European brands tracking AI answers on chosen engines

Superlines reads what people see in AI answers, not what an API returns, across ten engines from ChatGPT and AI Overviews to DeepSeek and Grok.

  2. 2

Paid plans start at about $77.32 a month

As its pricing page puts it: €69 per month for 50 prompts on 3 engines, billed yearly (€79 billed monthly).

  5. 5

Captures what users see on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, DeepSeek, Claude, Mistral and Grok, not API output.

  6. 6

    Visibility and citation data

Mentions, position, share of voice, citations and source URLs for each prompt, engine and market, with competitors tracked alongside.

  7. 7

    Prompt management

The report card

Best for European brands tracking AI answers on chosen engines

Superlines reads what people see in AI answers, not what an API returns, across ten engines from ChatGPT and AI Overviews to DeepSeek and Grok. It's Finnish, priced in euros only, and Starter is €69 a month on yearly billing for 50 prompts. But self-serve plans let you pick only 3 of those engines, Starter keeps one month of history, and the API waits on Growth at €333, so look elsewhere if you want every engine without a contract.

ToolGPA report cardSuperlinesGraded Oct 23, 2026
SubjectGradeComment
Value for moneyCStarter is €69 a month billed yearly, or €79 monthly, for 50 prompts on 3 engines with daily checks. That's roughly $80 a month, between this category's middle and its dearer quarter.
Free plan and trialCA 7-day free trial on every plan, and no free plan after it. The listing doesn't say whether a card is needed to start.
FeaturesCAnswers captured from the real interfaces, citations, share of voice, prompt sets built from Search Console, an Action Center, articles and AI bot logs. The gaps: self-serve plans cover only 3 engines, and Starter keeps 1 month of history.
Ease of useCNo rating on record. You choose your 3 engines, build prompt sets from Search Console or a CSV, and add competitors before the charts mean much.
Platforms and integrationsBWeb only, with no desktop or phone app. An MCP server on every plan links it to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and n8n, it reads Search Console, and the API starts at Growth.
Grade point averageFair, out of 4.02.2

An A is worth 4 points, a B 3, a C 2, a D 1 and an F nothing. The GPA is the average of the five.

Who Superlines is for

  • Fits if you want your AI visibility data inside Claude, Cursor or n8n through MCP
  • Works for European companies that want to pay in euros

Who it is not for

  • Skip it if you want all the big AI engines tracked, as self-serve plans stop at 3
  • Tight if you like long trend lines, with 1 month of history on Starter, 2 on Pro and 6 on Growth
  • Pricey if you need the API, which starts at Growth for €333 a month billed yearly
  • Not for you if you'd rather pay in dollars, as prices are in euros only
  • Watch out: there's no free plan after the 7-day trial, and the listing doesn't say if the trial needs a card

Good to know

Good for

  • Multi-brand and multi-market companies in Europe that want EU-hosted data
  • Agencies reporting AI visibility for 5 to 20 client brands
  • Teams that want AI visibility data inside Claude, ChatGPT or n8n through MCP

Worth knowing

  • Self-service plans cover only 3 AI engines of your choice; up to 10 needs an Enterprise contract.
  • Prices are in euros only.
  • History is short on lower plans: 1 month on Starter, 2 on Pro and 6 on Growth.
  • Agency plans cost the same as the brand plans but cover 5, 10 or 20 client brands; partner agencies get 15% off.

Keep it, or make your own?

Whether this is something you could build for yourself with an AI app builder, and what you would give up.

Keep it

The plain part of Superlines you could make: schema markup. What surrounds it you could not. The 4 things listed below take a company, not a weekend.

It costs $927.86 a year.

What you could make

  • Schema markup: an app builder makes this well.

What you could not

  • The same prompts asked of ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI answers every day, and the answers kept.
  • A crawler that checks every page of a site.
  • A score built from what the top results for each keyword cover.
  • It plugs into other products, Google Search Console, Claude and ChatGPT among them, and has an API.

What this rests on. Superlines’s listing: what it does, where it runs, what it plugs into and what it costs. It is a judgement about the kind of software this is. We have not built a replacement for it, and making your own means looking after it too. How we decide, and every tool’s verdict.
