Value for money
CNo prices are published: Basic, Enterprise and Enterprise+ are all sold by quote, so there's nothing to set against GoTo Webinar or Zoom Webinars for a monthly 100-person webinar. No published price is a C by our rule. Ticket sales carry a 5% fee.
CThe entry license is $83.33 a month billed annually ($1,000 a year, or $129 by the month), and it's for 500 attendees, so a 100-person webinar still pays for 500. That's dearer than GoTo Webinar's entry plan and about double WebinarJam's Starter, though not out of line for this category.
Free plan and trial
FNothing free: no free plan, and trials or proofs of concept are arranged through sales.
FNothing free. There's no free plan or free trial on the webinar page, and the free Zoom Workplace plan covers meetings only.
Features
CLive, recurring, simulive, evergreen and on-demand webinars, landing pages, pop-up offers, CRM sync, social streaming and up to 64 webcams. The gaps: simulive, evergreen, ticketing and breakout rooms start at Enterprise, and Basic has 1 host.
CA deep live product: branded registration, polls, Q&A, breakout rooms, AI captions in more than 20 languages, streaming to YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook, and audiences up to 100,000. The gap: simulive sessions and the backstage need Webinars Plus at $290.83.
Ease of use
CNo App Store rating on record. It starts with a sales call, then landing pages, emails, integrations and formats to set up.
BNo rating of its own on record. It's a license added to a Zoom account, so hosts work in an app many already run and attendees join the way they join any Zoom call. Registration and polls are set up inside Zoom.
Platforms and integrations
BWeb only, with no desktop or phone app listed, but native Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, ActiveCampaign and Constant Contact integrations, plus Zapier and an API.
AWeb, Mac, Windows, Linux, iPhone and Android, plus Salesforce, streaming to YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook, and separate tracks for Premiere, Final Cut and DaVinci. On iOS you join as an attendee or panelist only.
