How we grade them

|---|---|---|
| Value for money | CNo prices are published: Basic, Enterprise and Enterprise+ are all sold by quote, so there's nothing to set against GoTo Webinar or Zoom Webinars for a monthly 100-person webinar. No published price is a C by our rule. Ticket sales carry a 5% fee. | FA monthly webinar for up to 100 people can use 1,200 credits a year, more than the 1,000-credit tier at $2,900 a year. That's several times what Zoom Webinars or GoTo Webinar charge for the same job, and unused credits don't roll over. Its pricing page and help centre don't show the same dollar figures, either. |
| Free plan and trial | FNothing free: no free plan, and trials or proofs of concept are arranged through sales. | CFree forever, but it's built for trying things out: 30 attendee credits a year, 30-minute events and 10 events per organization. That's a small test webinar or two, not a monthly habit. |
| Features | CLive, recurring, simulive, evergreen and on-demand webinars, landing pages, pop-up offers, CRM sync, social streaming and up to 64 webcams. The gaps: simulive, evergreen, ticketing and breakout rooms start at Enterprise, and Basic has 1 host. | CThe whole webinar job is here: registration pages, reminder emails, a browser room with 25 speakers, polls and Q&A, on-demand and automated events, and replays with captions. The gaps: HubSpot and Salesforce sync are Enterprise only, and restreaming is an add-on sold through sales. |
| Ease of use | CNo App Store rating on record. It starts with a sales call, then landing pages, emails, integrations and formats to set up. | CNo App Store rating on record. Attendees just open a browser, which is the easy half. You still build registration pages and email cadences, and watch your credits, since new attendees can't join once they run out on Pro. |
| Platforms and integrations | BWeb only, with no desktop or phone app listed, but native Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, ActiveCampaign and Constant Contact integrations, plus Zapier and an API. | BWeb only, with no desktop or phone app listed, but it connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Brevo and Zapier, and has an MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT. The big CRM links are Enterprise only. |
