|---|---|---|
| Value for money | CReach is $62 a month per organizer billed annually, for up to 500 participants. For a monthly 100-person webinar that's mid-category: cheaper than Zoom Webinars' entry license, dearer than WebinarJam's Starter. Cloud recordings need Elevate at $103. | FA monthly webinar for up to 100 people can use 1,200 credits a year, more than the 1,000-credit tier at $2,900 a year. That's several times what Zoom Webinars or GoTo Webinar charge for the same job, and unused credits don't roll over. Its pricing page and help centre don't show the same dollar figures, either. |
| Free plan and trial | CNo free plan, but a 30-day free trial with no credit card, which is long for this category. | CFree forever, but it's built for trying things out: 30 attendee credits a year, 30-minute events and 10 events per organization. That's a small test webinar or two, not a monthly habit. |
| Features | CRegistration pages, reminder emails, Practice Mode, polls, Q&A, handouts, captions and reports on every plan. The gaps: Simulive, cloud recordings, breakout rooms and branding need Elevate, and paid events and certificates are Complete only. | CThe whole webinar job is here: registration pages, reminder emails, a browser room with 25 speakers, polls and Q&A, on-demand and automated events, and replays with captions. The gaps: HubSpot and Salesforce sync are Enterprise only, and restreaming is an add-on sold through sales. |
| Ease of use | CNo App Store rating on record. Attendees join from a browser, but hosts install the GoTo app and set up registration, reminders and practice runs. | CNo App Store rating on record. Attendees just open a browser, which is the easy half. You still build registration pages and email cadences, and watch your credits, since new attendees can't join once they run out on Pro. |
| Platforms and integrations | AWeb, Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android, with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, Prezi, Interprefy and Intellum connections. | BWeb only, with no desktop or phone app listed, but it connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Brevo and Zapier, and has an MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT. The big CRM links are Enterprise only. |

Worth knowing
GoTo Webinar
- Reach caps webinars at 500 participants with one organizer; Simulive, cloud recordings, breakout rooms and branding need Elevate.
- Paid events, certificates, source tracking and streaming to unlimited attendees are only in Complete, which is priced through sales.
- Prices are per organizer seat, so each person who runs webinars needs a seat of their own.
- Hosts use the GoTo app on Mac or Windows or the iOS and Android apps; attendees can join from a browser.
Livestorm
- Credits are a yearly pack that does not roll over; once they run out on Pro, new attendees cannot join until you move to a higher tier.
- One credit is used per person per session, so someone who joins three sessions of an event uses three credits.
- Native HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot and Microsoft Dynamics integrations are Enterprise only.
- Restreaming, RTMP, live translations and SAML SSO are add-ons sold through sales, and need a Pro plan of at least 1,000 credits.
