How we grade them

1.8GPALivestormWeak2.4GPAWebinarGeekFair
Value for money
FA monthly webinar for up to 100 people can use 1,200 credits a year, more than the 1,000-credit tier at $2,900 a year. That's several times what Zoom Webinars or GoTo Webinar charge for the same job, and unused credits don't roll over. Its pricing page and help centre don't show the same dollar figures, either.
C100 attendees means the 125-viewer tier: $89 a month billed yearly, above Demio's Growth and GoTo Webinar's Reach. The 75-viewer start is $59, or $99 by the month. The pricing page shows euros by default and dollars in the Americas.
Free plan and trial
CFree forever, but it's built for trying things out: 30 attendee credits a year, 30-minute events and 10 events per organization. That's a small test webinar or two, not a monthly habit.
CNo free plan, but a 14-day free trial with all Premium features. The listing doesn't say whether it asks for a card.
Features
CThe whole webinar job is here: registration pages, reminder emails, a browser room with 25 speakers, polls and Q&A, on-demand and automated events, and replays with captions. The gaps: HubSpot and Salesforce sync are Enterprise only, and restreaming is an add-on sold through sales.
BThe whole webinar job on one plan: live, automated, just-in-time, on-demand, hybrid and paid webinars, branded pages and emails, up to 100 presenters, captions, replays, AI summaries and restreaming to YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook.
Ease of use
CNo App Store rating on record. Attendees just open a browser, which is the easy half. You still build registration pages and email cadences, and watch your credits, since new attendees can't join once they run out on Pro.
CNo App Store rating on record. Attendees join in a browser, but the branded pages, emails and webinar types are yours to set up.
Platforms and integrations
BWeb only, with no desktop or phone app listed, but it connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Brevo and Zapier, and has an MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT. The big CRM links are Enterprise only.
BWeb only, with no desktop or phone app listed, but HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Pipedrive, Mailchimp, Zapier, Stripe and Mollie, plus an API. HubSpot and Salesforce are paid add-ons on Premium.

Worth knowing

Livestorm

  • Credits are a yearly pack that does not roll over; once they run out on Pro, new attendees cannot join until you move to a higher tier.
  • One credit is used per person per session, so someone who joins three sessions of an event uses three credits.
  • Native HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot and Microsoft Dynamics integrations are Enterprise only.
  • Restreaming, RTMP, live translations and SAML SSO are add-ons sold through sales, and need a Pro plan of at least 1,000 credits.

WebinarGeek

  • Prices rise with the viewer count; Premium tops out at 1,000 viewers and larger audiences need Enterprise, which is sold on annual contracts only.
  • Extra users, localization, the AI assistant, branding profiles, RTMP input and the HubSpot and Salesforce integrations are paid add-ons on Premium.
  • The pricing page shows euros by default and dollars for visitors in the Americas.
  • After cancelling, webinars are removed after two weeks and recordings stop being available to viewers.
