Tiimo

How we grade them
| 3.4GPALifestackVery good | 3.4GPATiimoVery good | |
|---|---|---|
| Value for money | A$50 a year, which is about $4.17 a month and roughly half the typical planner. Monthly is $7, and a lifetime plan is $120 once. Every plan has the same features. | BThe US App Store lists Pro purchases from $7.00 to $54.00 without showing which are monthly and which are yearly, and Tiimo publishes no price list. If the low figures are months, that's about typical for a planner. We can't call it better than that. |
| Free plan and trial | CNo free plan. There's a 7-day trial, but only on the annual plan, and the listing doesn't say whether a card goes in first. Monthly and lifetime are charged with no trial at all. | BFree on iPhone and Android, with the basic planner, to-do list, focus timer and 1 profile. But AI chats are limited, the web planner isn't included, and calendar integration is listed as Pro. The 7-day trial comes only with the yearly subscription. |
| Features | AEnergy Zones predict your peaks from sleep and health data, Plan My Day drops to-dos, routines, meals and rest onto the calendar in one step, and a chat assistant builds plans on request. It pulls in Google Calendar, Outlook, Todoist and Trello. | AA drag-and-drop timeline with colours and icons, a to-do tab, a visual countdown timer, mood check-ins, and an AI Co-planner that breaks tasks into steps and guesses how long each takes. Calendars come in from Apple, Google and Outlook. The Co-planner isn't on Android, mind. |
| Ease of use | BWe have no App Store rating on record for it, so a B is as high as we go. Plan My Day builds the schedule in one step. For the energy predictions you connect Apple Health or a wearable, or fall back on an iPhone sleep schedule. | B4.59 from about 20,600 App Store ratings, a whisker under our line for an A. You can type or just say what's on your mind and the Co-planner turns it into tasks, which is about as gentle a start as a planner gets. |
| Platforms and integrations | AWeb, Mac, iPhone, Android, a Chrome extension and an Apple Watch app, with Google Calendar, Outlook, Todoist, Trello and wearables like Oura, WHOOP and Garmin. No Windows app is listed. | AiPhone, Android, Mac, Apple Watch and a web planner, with Apple, Google and Outlook calendars brought in. No Windows app. The Mac version needs macOS 15 and an M1 chip or later, and the web planner needs Pro. |

Key features
Lifestack
- Energy Zones
- Predicts high and low energy periods through the day from sleep and health data, so demanding work can be lined up with the peaks.
- Plan My Day
- Schedules the day's to-dos, routines, meals and rest onto the calendar in one step, turning a task list into time blocks.
- Chat with Lifestack
- An AI assistant you can ask to build a plan for the day or week or to set up routines. The vendor describes it as a round-the-clock copilot for daily decisions.
- Wearable and health data
- Connects to Apple Health and wearables including Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Apple Watch and Fitbit. Without one, it can use an iPhone sleep schedule, Google Fit or Samsung Health.
- Calendar and task integrations
- Brings several calendars into one view and integrates with Google Calendar, Outlook, Todoist and Trello. Calendar events are labelled by type automatically.
- Chrome extension and Apple Watch
- The Chrome extension overlays energy levels on Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, and the Apple Watch app shows energy, calendar and to-dos.
Tiimo
- Visual timeline
- The day appears as a color-coded timeline with drag-and-drop tasks and custom colors and icons. The web planner adds daily, weekly and monthly views.
- AI Co-planner
- Type or speak what is on your mind and the Co-planner turns it into tasks, breaks them into steps and estimates how long each takes. Free accounts get limited AI chats.
- To-do list
- A to-do tab collects tasks that are not yet scheduled. They can be prioritized by hand or by AI suggestion, then dragged into the day.
- Focus timer
- A visual countdown for the current task. Timers and upcoming tasks also show in widgets, Live Activities and on Apple Watch.
- Calendar import
- Brings Apple, Google and Outlook calendars into the schedule, and the App Store listing also mentions Apple Reminders. Tiimo lists calendar integration as a Pro feature.
