Value for money
BThe US App Store lists Pro purchases from $7.00 to $54.00 without showing which are monthly and which are yearly, and Tiimo publishes no price list. If the low figures are months, that's about typical for a planner. We can't call it better than that.
APRO is $39.99 a year, which is $3.33 a month, or $4.99 monthly. That's under what planners usually start at, and it adds Instaplan, the app blocker, 2-way calendar sync and time tracking. Lifetime is $99.99 once. The US App Store shows the yearly at $34.99, so check both.
Free plan and trial
BFree on iPhone and Android, with the basic planner, to-do list, focus timer and 1 profile. But AI chats are limited, the web planner isn't included, and calendar integration is listed as Pro. The 7-day trial comes only with the yearly subscription.
BLite is free with no time limit, and it has the timeline, task lists, focus timer, auto-reschedule, routines and habit tracker. That's a real planner. But lists, habits and routines are only unlimited on PRO, and Instaplan, the one-tap schedule, is PRO too.
Features
AA drag-and-drop timeline with colours and icons, a to-do tab, a visual countdown timer, mood check-ins, and an AI Co-planner that breaks tasks into steps and guesses how long each takes. Calendars come in from Apple, Google and Outlook. The Co-planner isn't on Android, mind.
AThree priority lists, a visual timeline, missed tasks that reschedule themselves and leftovers that roll over to tomorrow. A focus timer, routines with timed steps and habit streaks are built in. PRO adds one-tap planning, AI task breakdown, an app blocker and time tracking by category.
Ease of use
B4.59 from about 20,600 App Store ratings, a whisker under our line for an A. You can type or just say what's on your mind and the Co-planner turns it into tasks, which is about as gentle a start as a planner gets.
BNo App Store rating on record, so a B is our ceiling. The whole thing is built to take deciding off your plate: it suggests the next task and tidies up after a missed one. Prices differ a little between the site and the App Store, which is a small muddle.
Platforms and integrations
AiPhone, Android, Mac, Apple Watch and a web planner, with Apple, Google and Outlook calendars brought in. No Windows app. The Mac version needs macOS 15 and an M1 chip or later, and the web planner needs Pro.
CiPhone and Android only. The site lists no web or desktop version. On PRO it syncs both ways with your calendar, and Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook are the ones on record.

Key features

Tiimo

Visual timeline
The day appears as a color-coded timeline with drag-and-drop tasks and custom colors and icons. The web planner adds daily, weekly and monthly views.
AI Co-planner
Type or speak what is on your mind and the Co-planner turns it into tasks, breaks them into steps and estimates how long each takes. Free accounts get limited AI chats.
To-do list
A to-do tab collects tasks that are not yet scheduled. They can be prioritized by hand or by AI suggestion, then dragged into the day.
Focus timer
A visual countdown for the current task. Timers and upcoming tasks also show in widgets, Live Activities and on Apple Watch.
Calendar import
Brings Apple, Google and Outlook calendars into the schedule, and the App Store listing also mentions Apple Reminders. Tiimo lists calendar integration as a Pro feature.
Mood tracking and profiles
Mood check-ins and daily reflections sit alongside the plan. Pro accounts can hold up to five profiles, for example one per family member.

Yoodoo

Time-blocking timeline
Tasks from three priority lists (essentials, nice-to-dos and everything else) are placed on a visual timeline that shows what to focus on now.
Instaplan
A PRO feature that turns any list into a time-blocked schedule for the day in one tap.
Rescheduling and rollover
Missed tasks are rescheduled automatically and unfinished ones move to tomorrow. PRO's bulk reschedule resets the whole day in one tap.
Focus timer and app blocker
A focus timer with sounds is part of the free version. PRO can block distracting apps for the length of a focus session.
Routines and habit tracker
Daily routines with timed steps and a habit tracker with streaks are included in Lite. Unlimited habits and routines need PRO.
Time tracking
PRO tracks completed time by task and by category such as work, life, home and play, so the day can be reviewed with figures.
