Best for several AI models in one phone app
ChatOn puts models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Perplexity in one app, with image tools, document summaries and web search. One purchase covers the web, iPhone and Android. But $6.99 a week comes to over $360 a year against $59.99 for a year, the website shows no prices, the free plan is basic chat only, and its own pages disagree on which model that is.

ChatOn's refund policy lists windows of seven, ten and fourteen days, then says in the same breath that they are guidance only and oblige it to refund nothing. Changing your mind is named as a reason to be refused, and so is having actually used the thing. Treat it as no refunds. Leaving is simple enough, and you keep the subscription until the period you paid for ends, which is the ordinary deal and a C.

Refunds on website purchases are at AIBY's sole discretion. It says it may consider a first-ever subscription cancelled within seven days on a monthly plan, ten on a three-month plan or fourteen on a yearly one, and within five days of a yearly renewal, but adds that these are guidance and oblige it to refund nothing. EU, UK and Swiss consumers have 14 days to withdraw. One-off credit purchases are non-refundable.

A subscription bought on the website is managed through the Paddle customer portal, and can be ended with the Manage Subscription button in account settings, through the Contact Support form, or by the cancellation link in the payment email. One bought in the App Store or on Google Play is cancelled by turning off auto-renewal there. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.

The subscription terms say that after cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. None of the pages read says what becomes of your chats, uploaded files or account afterwards, whether anything can be exported, or how an account is deleted.

Subscriptions renew automatically within the 24 hours before the current period ends, whichever store or payment route you used. No reminder before a renewal is mentioned. If prices change, ChatOn says it will give reasonable notice by posting the change or emailing, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Nothing says when anyone reads them or how long a reply takes. The only written help is a single FAQ page about what the app does, not a help centre.
