Part 01 · Overview

Welcome

What it is, who it suits, its grades and the ten things to know first

2.0

GPA, above 4 of the 51 other keyword research tools we grade

Keyword Cupid groups large keyword lists by scraping live search results and running machine-learning clustering on them, so keywords that share results end up on the same page. The output is a hierarchy of pages and silos, shown as an interactive mind map and an Excel file, with a confidence score for each cluster. Higher plans add your own keyword data, on-page stats from top results, content briefs and a writing service.

To get you started, here are 9 things to know about Keyword Cupid, taken from its own pages and our grades.

  1. 1

Best for grouping keyword lists into pages and silos

Keyword Cupid takes a big keyword list, checks live search results and puts the keywords that share results on the same page, then sorts the pages into silos you can see as a mind map.

  2. 2

Paid plans start at $9.99 a month

As its pricing page puts it: $9.99 per month for 500 keyword credits.

  3. 3

  4. 4

    Web.

  5. 5

    Live SERP clustering

Scrapes search results at the moment you run a report and clusters keywords that share results, up to 80,000 per report on the top plan.

  6. 6

    Pages and silos

Organizes clusters into pages and the pages into silos, suggesting how to interlink them, with a color-coded confidence score per cluster.

  7. 7

    Interactive mind map and Excel

Explore and edit the hierarchy as an interactive tree, or download an Excel file of pages, silos and their metrics.

  8. 8

    A 2.0 GPA, above 4 of 51

That is against the other keyword research tools we grade, on value, the free plan, features, ease of use and platforms.

  9. 9

    Keep it

To replace Keyword Cupid you would be making search volumes for millions of keywords, gathered and kept up to date. That is not a weekend's work, with an AI app builder or without one.

The report card

Best for grouping keyword lists into pages and silos

Keyword Cupid takes a big keyword list, checks live search results and puts the keywords that share results on the same page, then sorts the pages into silos you can see as a mind map. But it doesn't find keywords for you, Starter's 500 a month won't cluster much, geotargeting and briefs start at $49.99, there's no yearly plan, and refunds are at the company's discretion.

ToolGPA report cardKeyword CupidGraded Oct 23, 2026
SubjectGradeComment
Value for moneyCStarter is $9.99 a month, inside this category's cheapest quarter, but it only clusters 500 keywords a month. Geotargeting, your own data and briefs need Freelancer at $49.99, and there's no yearly plan to bring that down.
Free plan and trialCNo free plan, but a 7-day trial that doesn't turn into a paid plan when it ends. The listing doesn't say whether it costs anything; the terms only say money paid for a trial isn't refunded.
FeaturesDIt does one narrow part of the job, grouping a keyword list into pages and silos from live search results, with confidence scores, a mind map and briefs from Freelancer. Finding the keywords is left to other tools.
Ease of useCNo rating on record. You bring a list, choose location, device and engine, then read a tree of pages and silos with confidence scores, which takes a little learning.
Platforms and integrationsBWeb only, with no desktop or phone app. It connects to Google Search Console and Google Analytics, though there's no API on record.
Grade point averageFair, out of 4.02.0

An A is worth 4 points, a B 3, a C 2, a D 1 and an F nothing. The GPA is the average of the five.

Who Keyword Cupid is for

  • Fits if you're planning a new site and want the page and silo structure worked out
  • Works for teams that already have keyword data from another tool and need it grouped

Who it is not for

  • Skip it if you need a tool that finds keywords as well as grouping them
  • Tight if you're on Starter, at 500 keywords a month with no geotargeting, own data or briefs
  • Not for you if you want a clear refund promise, as refunds are at the company's discretion
  • Watch out: only monthly prices are listed, with no yearly plan, and monthly credits reset each cycle
  • Watch out: trial payments aren't refunded, and the listing doesn't say what the trial costs

Good to know

Good for

  • SEO agencies turning big keyword lists into site structures
  • Planning topical silos and internal links for a new site
  • Teams that already have keyword data and only need it grouped

Worth knowing

  • Starter has no geotargeting, own-data uploads, SERP Spy or content briefs; those start at Freelancer for $49.99 a month.
  • Monthly credits reset each billing cycle; extra credits cost $0.006 to $0.02 per keyword by plan and do not expire.
  • Only monthly prices are listed; there is no annual plan on the pricing page.
  • The terms say refunds are at the company's discretion and trial payments are not refunded.

Keep it, or make your own?

Whether this is something you could build for yourself with an AI app builder, and what you would give up.

Keep it

To replace Keyword Cupid you would be making search volumes for millions of keywords, gathered and kept up to date. That is not a weekend's work, with an AI app builder or without one.

That makes this kind of software worth paying for, not this one in particular: 40 of the 51 other keyword research tools grade higher. It costs $119.88 a year.

What you could make

  • Internal linking: an app builder makes this well.

What you could not

  • Search volumes for millions of keywords, gathered and kept up to date.
  • A score built from what the top results for each keyword cover.
  • AI features, unless you pay a model provider for each request yourself.

What this rests on. Keyword Cupid’s listing: what it does, where it runs, what it plugs into and what it costs. It is a judgement about the kind of software this is. We have not built a replacement for it, and making your own means looking after it too. How we decide, and every tool’s verdict.
