What Notta's own pages show

Suits

  • People who transcribe uploaded files and YouTube links as well as live meetings
  • Multilingual teams that need transcripts translated
  • Recording in-person conversations on a phone alongside online calls

Limits worth knowing

  • The Free plan transcribes only the first 3 minutes of each conversation, within 120 minutes a month.
  • Pro is a single-seat plan capped at 1,800 minutes a month. Unlimited transcription, meeting video and CRM or Zapier integrations need Business.
  • Real-time translation is limited to 2 to 4 free uses a month. More needs an add-on from $6 a month, billed annually, sold only with paid plans.
  • Notta Desktop, the bot-free recorder for Mac and Windows, is labeled a beta.
