Permalink Manager lets you edit the whole URL of any WordPress post, page or product and set a URL format for each content type, with old addresses redirected for you. Category and custom field URLs need Pro, priced in euros before VAT with no trial, and it only does URLs: titles, sitemaps and schema need an SEO plugin.
