There is a money-back window, but it is small and hard to reach: seven days, once only, on a first annual order paid by card. Monthly plans get nothing at all, and everything after that first week is non-refundable. Nor can you leave by clicking something. Cancelling means filing a written request, and the policy says an incomplete one can be refused. That earns a D.
