Part 01 · Overview
Welcome
What it is, who it suits, its grades and the ten things to know first
2.4
GPA, above 41 of the 83 other technical SEO tools we grade
SEO Gets is an analytics and reporting tool built on Google Search Console and GA4 data. It pulls far more rows than Search Console's own interface, puts every property in one dashboard, and adds reports on striking-distance keywords, cannibalization and content decay, plus annotations, before-and-after SEO tests and client portals. Sites can be connected free; the full toolkit is paid per core site.
To get you started, here are 9 things to know about SEO Gets, taken from its own pages and our grades.
- 1
Best for Search Console reports across many sites
SEO Gets puts all your Search Console properties in one dashboard, free for any number of sites and users.
- 2
Paid plans start at $49 a month
As its pricing page puts it: $49 per month for 1 core site, billed monthly.
- 3
There is a free plan
Free sites, without limit: Search Console data, the master dashboard, filtering and branded vs non-branded tracking, for unlimited users. No credit card needed.
- 4
It runs on Web
Web, with a browser extension too.
- 5
More Search Console data
Pulls up to 50,000 rows of Search Console data, against the 1,000 rows Google's own interface shows, with all properties in one dashboard.
- 6
Content groups and topic clusters
Group pages by intent, topic or funnel stage and track each group's clicks and rankings together. Needs a core site.
- 7
Opportunity reports
Finds striking-distance keywords, pages competing for the same queries, decaying content and click-through rate by position.

The report card
Best for Search Console reports across many sites
SEO Gets puts all your Search Console properties in one dashboard, free for any number of sites and users. GA4, content groups, the opportunity reports, tests, client portals and MCP all need a core site at $49 a month, index tracking is a further add-on, and it only ever sees the sites you connect.
| Subject | Grade | Comment |
|---|---|---|
| Value for money | C | The first core site is $49 a month, between this category's middle and its dearer quarter, and each extra core site is $4, up to $185 at 35 sites. Yearly billing gives two months free. |
| Free plan and trial | B | Free sites without limit: Search Console data, the master dashboard, regex filters and branded tracking, for unlimited users and no card. Reports, GA4 and testing are paid. |
| Features | C | Search Console and GA4 in one place, content groups, striking-distance, cannibalization and decay reports, annotations, before-and-after tests and client portals. It does Search Console reporting fully, but that's a smaller job, and index checks need an add-on. |
| Ease of use | C | No rating on record. You connect your Search Console and GA4 properties, then set up core sites and content groups before the reports say much. |
| Platforms and integrations | B | Web and a Chrome extension, linked to Search Console and GA4, with an MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT. No desktop or phone app. |
An A is worth 4 points, a B 3, a C 2, a D 1 and an F nothing. The GPA is the average of the five.
Who SEO Gets is for
- Fits if you manage several sites and want their Search Console data on one screen
- Works for agencies sending clients live portals instead of monthly reports
Who it is not for
- Tight if you stay free, as GA4, content groups, reports, tests, portals and MCP need a paid core site
- Watch out: index reporting, content change tracking and 5 years of history need the Super Site add-on, $4 a month per core site
- Pricey if you have one site, as $49 a month covers the platform and that first core site
- Skip it if you want to study competitors, as it covers only the sites you connect
Good to know
Good for
- SEO consultants and agencies watching many Search Console properties
- Finding pages that are losing traffic or competing with each other
- Sharing live search performance with clients instead of monthly decks
Worth knowing
- Free sites get Search Console data, the dashboard and filters only; GA4, content groups, reports, testing, portals and MCP need a paid core site.
- Index reporting, content change tracking and 5 years of history instead of 16 months need the Super Site add-on, $4 a month per core site.
- The $49 covers the platform and the first core site; each further core site adds $4 a month, up to $185 at 35 sites.
- It works from the Search Console and GA4 properties you connect, so it covers only your own sites.
