Welcome
What it is, who it suits, its grades and the ten things to know first
2.8
GPA, above 13 of the 19 other lead and email finders we grade
Skrapp finds and verifies work email addresses, from a name and company, from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator page through its Chrome extension, or in bulk from an uploaded spreadsheet. The report card
Best for work emails from LinkedIn for a small team
Skrapp finds and checks work emails, from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, company websites or a spreadsheet, and doesn't charge for invalid results. Professional is $29 a month billed yearly for 2,000 credits and 2 users, and bigger credit steps bring more seats. Emails only, though: no phone numbers.
| Subject | Grade | Comment |
|---|---|---|
| Value for money | A | Seats come with the credit step, so five of you take 10,000 credits a month with 8 users: $97 billed yearly, about $19.40 a head, under 60% of this category's cheaper quarter ($34). Two people pay $29 for 2,000 credits. |
| Free plan and trial | C | A free plan with 50 credits and 1 user, with the finder, verifier and extension. The pricing page doesn't say whether the 50 renew, so treat it as a try-out. |
| Features | C | An email finder and verifier, a LinkedIn and Sales Navigator extension, bulk enrichment, a 200-million-contact database and AI enrichment. It does the email job fully, but the pricing page lists no phone lookups. |
| Ease of use | B | No App Store rating on record, but the extension sits on the LinkedIn and Sales Navigator you already use and shows the email right on the page. |
| Platforms and integrations | B | Web and a Chrome extension, working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Recruiter, Salesforce and HubSpot. The API needs Enterprise. No desktop or phone apps. |
An A is worth 4 points, a B 3, a C 2, a D 1 and an F nothing. The GPA is the average of the five.
Who Skrapp is for

Who it is not for
- Skip it if you need phone numbers, as only emails are listed
- Pricey if you need the API, which starts on Enterprise at $262 a month
- Tight if your team keeps growing, since seats are tied to the credit step

Keep it, or make your own?
Whether this is something you could build for yourself with an AI app builder, and what you would give up.
You could make this
What Skrapp does at its core is plain work, and that is the kind of thing an AI app builder makes well.
You would give up 2 things, listed below, and little else. It costs $348 a year. An AI app builder starts at about $19 a month on our listings, and you only need it while you build.
What you could make
- It runs in a browser, which is where something home-made would run too.
What you could not
- It plugs into other products, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Recruiter and Salesforce among them, and has an API.
- AI features, unless you pay a model provider for each request yourself.
What this rests on. Skrapp’s listing: what it does, where it runs, what it plugs into and what it costs. It is a judgement about the kind of software this is. We have not built a replacement for it, and making your own means looking after it too. How we decide, and every tool’s verdict.
