Software for running a company on EOS: Rocks, scorecards, meetings
How we grade them
| 2.6GPAFellowGood | 2.2GPASuccess.coFair | |
|---|---|---|
| Value for money | CTeam looks cheap at $7 a user a month on the yearly plan, until you read the meter: 10 AI notes and 10 recordings each a month. Unlimited use starts on Business at $15, or $23 billed monthly, which is also where Salesforce and HubSpot live. | CGraded against its own alternatives, as it runs EOS rather than projects. All Inclusive is $11 a user a month billed yearly ($12 monthly) for the first 25, about Asana's $10.99 and above Range's $8. It drops to $10 a head from user 26 and $6 at 251 and up. |
| Free plan and trial | DIt's called a free plan, but each person gets 5 AI notes and 5 AI recordings in total, not per month, across up to 5 seats. That's a trial with no end date rather than a plan, and five meetings in you're done. | CFree Forever covers the V/TO, Accountability Chart and Organizational Checkup with no time limit. Rocks, scorecards and meetings, the weekly bits, need paying for. There's a 30-day trial of everything with no card. |
| Features | BIt covers the job: a bot or straight-from-your-device capture, in person too, with a transcript, summary and action items in 100-plus languages, Ask Fellow on every plan, and org-wide templates and keyword tracking on Business. Fireflies and Otter cover the same ground. | CIt does the EOS job fully: Rocks, scorecards, Level 10 meetings with AI summaries, issues, to-dos, processes and two-way to-do sync with Asana, ClickUp and monday.com. But it's a smaller job than project management, and its own notes say it isn't a general PM tool. |
| Ease of use | BNo rating on record, but nothing to set up: send the notetaker to a call or let the app listen on your device, and the notes turn up afterwards. | CNo store rating on record. If you already run EOS the screens will look familiar, but there's still the vision, chart, Rocks and scorecard numbers to put in before the first meeting. |
| Platforms and integrations | AWeb, Mac, Windows, iPhone, Android and a browser extension, with Zoom, Meet, Teams and Slack, Jira, Asana and Linear from Team, and an API and MCP server for AI tools. | BWeb, iPhone and Android, working offline, with Google Calendar, Outlook, Slack, Teams, Asana, ClickUp, monday.com and Zapier, plus Claude and ChatGPT connectors. No desktop app, which keeps it off an A. |
| Best for | meeting notes a company can keep control of | companies running on EOS |

Who each one suits
Fellow
- Companies that need admin control over who can record and see meetings
- Teams that want notes pushed into Jira, Asana or Linear
- Mixed schedules of video calls and in-person meetings
Success.co
- Leadership teams running their company on EOS
- EOS Implementers setting up clients on one tool
- Teams moving off spreadsheets for Rocks, scorecards and Level 10 meetings
Worth knowing
Fellow
- The Free plan allows only 5 AI notes and 5 AI recordings per user in total, not per month, and tops out at 5 seats.
- Team is still capped at 10 AI notes and 10 recordings per user each month; unlimited use starts on Business.
- Plans cap workspace size: 20 seats on Team and 50 on Business. Enterprise requires at least 10 users and annual billing.
- Salesforce and HubSpot integration needs Business, and Okta or OneLogin SSO needs Enterprise.
Success.co
- It follows the EOS method's terms and layout closely and is not a general project management tool.
- The free plan covers only the V/TO, Accountability Chart and Organizational Checkup; Rocks, scorecards and meetings need the paid plan.
- Per-user prices fall in bands: $11 each for the first 25 users billed annually, less for each next band. Over 1,000 users is quoted.
- Single sign-on and SCIM directory sync are add-ons at $250 a month each, and SCIM needs the single sign-on add-on.
Key features
Fellow
- Bot or botless recording
- Send the Fellow notetaker to a call, or use the desktop and mobile apps to capture audio directly from your device so that no bot joins. In-person meetings can be recorded too.
- AI notes, summaries and action items
- Each recorded meeting gets a transcript, a summary and a list of action items. Fellow lists transcription in 100+ languages on every plan.
- Ask Fellow
- A built-in assistant that answers questions from your meeting history. It is included on every plan, including Free.
- Templates and keyword tracking
- Business adds org-wide meeting templates, sales recap templates and tracking of chosen keywords across recorded meetings.
- Integrations, API and MCP
- Project tools such as Jira, Asana and Linear plus Confluence, Notion and API access start on Team. Salesforce and HubSpot need Business. An MCP server connects meeting data to Claude and other AI tools.
- Admin and compliance controls
- Enterprise adds advanced recording permissions, domain control, user provisioning and transcript redaction. Fellow states SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and HIPAA compliance.
Success.co
- V/TO and Accountability Chart
- Write down the company vision on a Vision/Traction Organizer and map roles and seats on an Accountability Chart; both are on the free plan.
- Rocks and scorecards
- Set 90-day priorities, called Rocks, with AI help drafting them, and track scorecard numbers, which can be imported and exported.
- Level 10 meetings
- Runs Level 10 and other EOS meetings with Issues, To-Dos and Headlines on one agenda, and writes AI meeting summaries.
- Processes
- Document a company's core processes so teams can share and follow them, the last of the EOS components the app covers.
- Two-way integrations
- Syncs To-Dos both ways with Asana, ClickUp, monday.com and Teamwork.com, meetings with Google and Outlook calendars, and works with Slack and Teams.
- Offline use and AI assistants
- Data syncs to the device so the app keeps working offline. Claude and ChatGPT connectors can answer questions about Rocks or add Issues.
