| Value for money | APremium is $50 a year on the US App Store, about $4.17 a month, which is half what a typical planner asks. It adds calendar sync, journaling, custom categories and advanced mood analytics. Paying monthly is $10, so the year is the one to pick. | BThe app is free to install, and the premium licence is an in-app purchase. Google Play gives only a range, $2.99 to $49.99 per item, with no word on what each one covers or how it's billed. So we can't tell you what paying gets you. |
| Free plan and trial | BVisual daily planning, priority to-do lists, reminders, thousands of images and colours, and breathing exercises are free, with no ads and no card. That's a good start. But calendar sync, journaling and custom categories are Premium, so your calendar stays outside unless you pay. | BFree to download from Google Play, and you can plan with it. But neither the listing nor the help site says which features are kept back for the premium licence, so you'll find the edges as you go. |
| Features | AA picture timeline, routines that come round by themselves, a to-do list with subtasks, a focus timer you can pause or extend, mood tracking on a traffic-light system and a private journal. Carers and family can be invited as assistants, and schedules can be printed. | BIt does one thing and does it fully: blocks with start and end times, templates covering one or more days, a template calendar, reminders with their own sound and message, and charts of where your hours went. No tasks, by design, and the Schedule shows only 30 days ahead. |
| Ease of use | BNo App Store rating on record, so a B is our ceiling. The whole design is about reading the day at a glance, with an image and a colour on every activity. One niggle: Thruday's site doesn't publish Premium prices, so you find them in the app store. | BThere's no App Store rating to go on, since it isn't on iPhone, so a B is our ceiling. Blocks and templates are simple ideas, and the help site has a basic guide to get you going. |
| Platforms and integrations | BiPhone, Android and a web app for when you're at a computer. No desktop apps are listed. Calendar sync comes with Premium, but no other integrations are on record. | DAndroid only. The Play listing and the help site mention no iPhone, web or desktop version. It does link to Google Calendar, and it backs up to Google Drive. |
| Best for | visual planning for ADHD and autistic minds | repeating routines on an Android phone |

- The day is shown in time order with each activity given an image and color, so what is happening now and what comes next can be read at a glance.
- Routines and reminders
- Morning, evening, work or school routines recur automatically inside the daily schedule, with alerts and notifications for tasks, plans and appointments.
- To-do list
- Tasks are captured in a list with color-coded priorities, tags and subtasks, then reordered or added to the day when you are ready to plan them.
- Focus timer
- A focus session starts from a to-do, a planned activity or on its own, and can be paused, rewound or extended while the next activity stays in view.

- Statistics
- Charts show how time is actually spread across activities, with a filter by activity, to help spot where hours go.
