| Value for money | AIt's a free service with no paid plans at all. Anyone can create availability surveys and take part in them at no cost. Donations through PayPal are optional. | AThe website costs nothing. The only price anywhere is a $2.99 upgrade inside the iPhone app, for location groups, and the maker's own mobile page gives a workaround that unlocks it for free. |
| Free plan and trial | AThe product is free, and the site says it doesn't ask for contact or billing information. What you put up with is third-party ads on the page, which it says help cover operating costs. | AFree with every feature on the web since the maker dropped paid subscriptions in May 2022. The iPhone and Android apps are free downloads too. Most people will never pay a thing. |
| Features | CIt does one narrow thing: an availability survey over specific dates or days of the week, within a time window you set. The site describes no calendar sync and no booking pages, and day-of-week surveys expect everyone to be in a single time zone. Thin, even for a poll. | BIt does one job, comparing time zones, and does it fully: hour tiles, daylight saving warnings a week ahead, a Google Calendar overlay and widgets for your own website. But it won't hold your events, and the App Store shows the last iPhone version as November 2020. |
| Ease of use | BThe home page is the setup form: type a name, click and drag across the calendar, press Create Event. You can't get much quicker. No rating on record to go by, so a B at best. | A4.8 from about 14,000 App Store ratings. Add your cities, drag across the hours you want, send them to your calendar. That's the whole thing. |
| Platforms and integrations | CIt runs in a web browser and that's it. The site describes no mobile apps, and the listing shows nothing it connects to: no calendars, no video tools, no API. | AWeb, iPhone and Android, and a time you pick opens in Google Calendar, Outlook, iCal or Gmail. Do note Google Play labels the Android app as having ads, and shows its last update as January 2020. |
