Artful Agenda shows your Google, iCloud and Outlook calendars on monthly, weekly and daily pages, with covers, handwriting fonts and stickers, plus task lists and meal plans, for $39.99 a year. There's no free plan and no monthly option, so after the trial you're in for the year. Exchange can't be synced, and the App Store shows a second price.
