Part 01 · Overview

Welcome

What it is, who it suits, its grades and the ten things to know first

2.4

GPA, above 11 of the 16 other Amazon seller tools we grade

BQool is best known for its Amazon repricer, which changes prices instantly using AI rules that chase or match the Buy Box, conditions based on inventory age and sell-through, or your own rules. It also sells AI Advertising for Amazon PPC and BigCentral for review requests, buyer emails and customer service, each priced on its own.

To get you started, here are 9 things to know about BQool, taken from its own pages and our grades.

The ready-made rules help, but there's Seller Central to connect and rules, ROI settings and conditions to set before it runs on its own.
From our grade for ease of use

    Conditional repricing

From AI Deluxe, prices can respond to inventory age, sell-through rate, historical days of supply and FBA or FBM conditions.

  7. 7

The report card

Best for cheap Amazon repricing with AI and rules

BQool is an Amazon repricer that mixes AI rules for chasing the Buy Box with your own rules and, from AI Deluxe up, conditions based on stock age and sell-through. Basic is $22.50 a month on yearly billing. The AI only covers 50 listings on Basic, and the PPC and review tools are separate products with separate bills.

SubjectGradeComment
Value for moneyBBasic is $22.50 a month billed annually ($25 monthly), in the cheapest quarter of this category and below Aura's $37 for a rival repricer. That buys 50 AI listings, 1,000 rule-based listings and 2 users. AI Deluxe is $45.
Free plan and trialCA 14-day free trial of the repricer with no credit card, and 30 days for AI Advertising. There's no free plan, so after that you're paying.
FeaturesCIt does repricing fully: AI rules to win or match the Buy Box, price looping, conditional and scheduled repricing and five ready-made rules. A smaller job than the suites do, and research and the profit dashboard come with BigCentral, not the repricer.
Ease of useCNo rating on record. The ready-made rules help, but there's Seller Central to connect and rules, ROI settings and conditions to set before it runs on its own.
Platforms and integrationsBWeb and a browser extension, with no phone or desktop app. It connects to Seller Central, Amazon Ads, SellerAmp, InventoryLab (US only) and BoxEm.

Who BQool is for

  • Great if you resell on shared listings and want a repricer for under $25 a month
  • Handy when you like writing your own repricing rules alongside the AI ones
  • Good for sellers who want repricing, PPC and review requests from one company

Who it is not for

  • Tight if you want AI on lots of listings, as Basic covers only 50
  • Not for you if you want research or profit tracking in the repricer, as those are in BigCentral
  • Pricey if you add AI Advertising, at $89 a month billed annually plus 2% of spend over $5,000

Good to know

Good for

  • Resellers competing for the Buy Box on many shared listings
  • Sellers who want both AI and hand-written repricing rules
  • Sellers who want a repricer, PPC tool and review requests from one company

Worth knowing

  • Basic covers only 50 AI-repriced listings; inventory-based conditions start at AI Deluxe.
  • AI Advertising costs $99 a month ($89 billed annually) plus 2% of ad spend over $5,000, rising to $499 for bigger budgets.
  • BigCentral is billed separately; its Business plan is $50 a month for 5,000 Amazon emails, with $0.01 per email over the limit.
  • Product and keyword research, the profit dashboard and the BigTracker Chrome extension come with BigCentral, not the repricer.

Keep it, or make your own?

Whether this is something you could build for yourself with an AI app builder, and what you would give up.

Keep it

To replace BQool you would be making data from Amazon's seller tools and years of sales estimates. That is not a weekend's work, with an AI app builder or without one.

It is one of the better ones too: its GPA of 2.4 is higher than 11 of the 16 other Amazon seller tools we grade. It costs $270 a year.

What you could make

  • Review collection: an app builder makes this well.

What you could not

  • Data from Amazon's seller tools and years of sales estimates.
  • Connections that pull numbers from dozens of other services.
  • It plugs into other products, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads and SellerAmp among them.
  • AI features, unless you pay a model provider for each request yourself.

What this rests on. BQool’s listing: what it does, where it runs, what it plugs into and what it costs. It is a judgement about the kind of software this is. We have not built a replacement for it, and making your own means looking after it too. How we decide, and every tool’s verdict.
