What MeisterTask's own pages show
Suits
- Teams that want task boards and documentation in one tool
- Organizations that need their data hosted in Germany
- Teams with many read-only stakeholders, since Viewer seats are free and unlimited
Limits worth knowing
- Pricing varies by region: the vendor publishes euro reference prices and says other regions may be charged differently. All prices exclude VAT.
- The Basic plan stops at 3 projects and 5 notes, and has no third-party integrations, automations, recurring tasks or API access.
- Timeline views, subtasks and custom fields need Business; the workload planner, portfolios and SAML single sign-on are Enterprise only.
- The apps page links to iOS and Android apps only. The pricing page mentions desktop apps, but no Mac or Windows download is listed.
