Notifyre charges 3 cents a page to send within the US from a prepaid wallet, with fax numbers on receive plans from $4.90 a month and a free BAA on every account. You can't fax without paying, as there's no trial, sending and receiving are billed apart with a $10 minimum top-up, and there are no native apps.
