Part 01 · Overview

Welcome

What it is, who it suits, its grades and the ten things to know first

2.6

GPA, above 35 of the 69 other daily planner apps we grade

Planzer.io is a daily planner for individuals. It gathers its own tasks and tasks from 16 connected tools into one list, and each can be dragged onto Google, Outlook or iCloud Calendar as a time block. Guided routines cover planning the day and reviewing the week, and a focus timer and time tracking compare estimates with the time actually spent. The free plan is capped at 100 tasks, and the AI features are part of Pro.

To get you started, here are 9 things to know about Planzer.io, taken from its own pages and our grades.

Plan my day walks you through four steps.
From our grade for ease of use
  1. 1

Best for pulling tasks from many tools into one day

Planzer.io pulls tasks from 16 tools, Notion, Jira and Trello among them, into one list and lets you drag each one onto your calendar as a time block.

  2. 2

Paid plans start at $8 a month

As its pricing page puts it: $8 per month, billed yearly.

  3. 3

    There is a free plan

Up to 100 tasks (50 to 100 more for each review you leave), all 16 integrations, guided planning, time blocking, focus timer and time tracking. No credit card needed.

  4. 4

    It runs on 6 platforms

Web, macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android.

  5. 5

    Guided daily and weekly planning

Plan my day runs in four guided steps and a shutdown ritual closes the day. Plan my week and Review my week do the same at the weekly level.

  6. 6

    Time blocking on your calendar

Drag any task onto Google, Outlook or iCloud Calendar as a real event. Resizing the block updates the task's time estimate.

  7. 7

    Tasks from 16 integrations

Tasks from tools such as Notion, Todoist, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira and Linear appear in a sidebar and are dragged into the day. Outlook emails can be planned too.

  8. 8

    A 2.6 GPA, above 35 of 69

That is against the other daily planner apps we grade, on value, the free plan, features, ease of use and platforms.

  9. 9

    Keep it

The plain part of Planzer.io you could make: tasks, calendar, time blocking, time tracking and goals. What surrounds it you could not. The 5 things listed below take a company, not a weekend.

The report card

Best for pulling tasks from many tools into one day

Planzer.io pulls tasks from 16 tools, Notion, Jira and Trello among them, into one list and lets you drag each one onto your calendar as a time block. Pro is $8 a month on yearly billing. But the free plan stops at 100 tasks, the Pro extras don't work in the phone apps, plans can't be bought on a phone, and it's built for one person, not a team.

ToolGPA report cardPlanzer.ioGraded Oct 10, 2026
SubjectGradeComment
Value for moneyCPro is $8 a month billed yearly, or $10 monthly, against a $5.99 middle and a $10 dearer quarter in this category. Ordinary money, in other words. It buys unlimited tasks, the AI bits and 5 MB attachments. Planzer calls yearly a 33% saving, but those two prices are 20% apart.
Free plan and trialCFree forever with no card, and unusually it includes all 16 integrations, guided planning, time blocking and the focus timer. But it stops dead at 100 tasks. You can earn 50 to 100 more for each review you leave, which is an odd way to keep a planner going.
FeaturesBIt covers the whole planning job: guided plan-my-day and weekly reviews, a shutdown ritual, time blocks written onto Google, Outlook or iCloud Calendar, tasks from 16 tools, a focus timer, tracked time set against your estimates, and projects, goals and templates.
Ease of useCNo store rating on record, and there's a pile of connecting to do first: 16 integrations is 16 accounts. Plan my day walks you through four steps. Two snags: Pro features don't work in the phone apps, and plans are bought only on web or desktop.
Platforms and integrationsAWeb, Mac, Windows, Linux, iPhone and Android, with a list of integrations behind it: Google, Outlook and iCloud calendars plus Notion, Todoist, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira and Linear.
Grade point averageGood, out of 4.02.6

An A is worth 4 points, a B 3, a C 2, a D 1 and an F nothing. The GPA is the average of the five.

Who Planzer.io is for

  • Fits if your tasks are spread across Notion, Jira, Trello and a few more
  • Works for comparing how long tasks took against how long you guessed

Who it is not for

  • Tight if you're staying free, because it stops at 100 tasks unless you earn more by leaving reviews
  • Skip it if you plan mostly on your phone, as Pro features only work on web and desktop
  • Watch out: you can only buy or manage a plan on the web or desktop, not in the phone apps
  • Not for you if you need a shared team planner, since it's built for one person
  • Watch out: Planzer calls yearly billing a 33% saving, but $8 and $10 a month are 20% apart

Good to know

Good for

  • Individuals whose tasks are spread across several work tools
  • People who want time estimates compared with tracked time
  • Linux users: there is a desktop app beside the Mac and Windows ones

Worth knowing

  • The free plan stops at 100 tasks; once the limit is reached, new tasks need Pro or extra tasks earned by leaving reviews.
  • Pro features are not available in the iPhone, iPad and Android apps, even with an active Pro plan; they work on the web and desktop apps.
  • Subscriptions can only be bought and managed on the web or in the desktop apps, not in the mobile apps.
  • The vendor describes it as built for individuals, not as a team tool.

Part 02 · Pricing

Keep it, or make your own?

Whether this is something you could build for yourself with an AI app builder, and what you would give up.

Keep it

The plain part of Planzer.io you could make: tasks, calendar, time blocking, time tracking and goals. What surrounds it you could not. The 5 things listed below take a company, not a weekend.

It costs $96 a year.

What you could make

  • Tasks, calendar, time blocking, time tracking and goals: an app builder makes these well.

What you could not

  • A scheduler that rearranges your day as things move.
  • Apps for macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android that stay in step with each other.
  • It plugs into other products, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar and iCloud Calendar among them.
  • AI features, unless you pay a model provider for each request yourself.
  • The depth: we grade its features B, which means it covers the whole job.

What this rests on. Planzer.io’s listing: what it does, where it runs, what it plugs into and what it costs. It is a judgement about the kind of software this is. We have not built a replacement for it, and making your own means looking after it too. How we decide, and every tool’s verdict.
