Part 01 · Overview
Welcome
What it is, who it suits, its grades and the ten things to know first
2.4
GPA, above 11 of the 20 other cold outreach tools we grade
QuickMail runs cold outreach campaigns that mix email steps with LinkedIn connection requests and messages, and gathers replies from both in one inbox. A campaign can send from any number of inboxes and LinkedIn accounts, splitting the volume between them. Plans are priced by contacts and emails sent rather than by seat, and include email warm-up through MailFlow.
To get you started, here are 9 things to know about QuickMail, taken from its own pages and our grades.
The trial asks for a card, though, and the cheapest plan is small.
- 1
Best for email and LinkedIn campaigns with free seats
It watches deliverability and swaps out inboxes that start to struggle.
- 2
Paid plans start at $49 a month
As its pricing page puts it: $49 per month for up to 5,000 emails sent, billed monthly.
- 3
You can try it first
14-day free trial; a card is required, but no paid plan starts when the trial ends
- 4
It runs on Web
Web, with a browser extension too.
- 5
Email and LinkedIn in one campaign
A sequence can mix email steps with LinkedIn connection requests, messages, InMail and voice messages, and replies from both land in one inbox.
- 6
Inbox rotation
Add any number of inboxes or LinkedIn accounts to a campaign and QuickMail splits the sending between them, with edits and A/B tests shared across all of them.
- 7
Deliverability AI
Watches each sender's deliverability and swaps poorly performing inboxes out of a campaign for new ones.
- 8
A 2.4 GPA, above 11 of 20
That is against the other cold outreach tools we grade, on value, the free plan, features, ease of use and platforms.
- 9
Keep it
To replace QuickMail you would be making newsletters sent to thousands of people that still reach the inbox. That is not a weekend's work, with an AI app builder or without one.

The report card
Best for email and LinkedIn campaigns with free seats
QuickMail mixes cold email and LinkedIn steps in one campaign, with as many inboxes, LinkedIn accounts and teammates as you like on every plan. It watches deliverability and swaps out inboxes that start to struggle. The trial asks for a card, though, and the cheapest plan is small.
| Subject | Grade | Comment |
|---|---|---|
| Value for money | B | Users are free, but Starter's 1,000 contacts and 5,000 emails won't carry five people, so the team plan is Growth: $99 a month billed monthly, $19.80 a head. That's inside the cheaper quarter, just over the A line, with LinkedIn included. |
| Free plan and trial | D | No free plan, and the 14-day trial needs a card. QuickMail says no paid plan starts when the trial ends, which is fair, but a card up front still puts it at D on our scale. |
| Features | B | The whole job: email plus LinkedIn requests, messages, InMail and voice messages in one sequence, replies from both in one inbox, inbox rotation, AI rewording and warm-up through MailFlow. Its deliverability AI swaps weak inboxes out for you. |
| Ease of use | C | No App Store rating on record. Inboxes and LinkedIn accounts to connect, through the extension or a 2FA cloud link, before the first campaign goes out. |
| Platforms and integrations | B | Web and a browser extension, with Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zapier, Slack, Calendly and Aircall. The API starts at Growth, and webhooks come only with Agency. No phone app on record. |
An A is worth 4 points, a B 3, a C 2, a D 1 and an F nothing. The GPA is the average of the five.
Who QuickMail is for
- Great if you want email and LinkedIn in one campaign without per-seat fees
- Handy when you're an agency with many clients, at $49 for each extra workspace
- Good for teams that send from lots of inboxes and LinkedIn accounts
Who it is not for
- Skip it if you won't hand over a card for a trial, which QuickMail asks for
- Tight if you're on Starter, at 1,000 contacts and no API
- Pricey if you need webhooks, which only come with Agency at $299 a month
Good to know
Good for
- Lead generation agencies running campaigns for many clients
- Teams that want every member on the account without paying per seat
- Outreach that combines cold email with LinkedIn steps
Worth knowing
- The 14-day trial asks for a card up front, though QuickMail says no paid plan starts when it ends.
- Starter stops at 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 emails a month and has no API; webhooks come only with Agency.
- Agency includes 2 workspaces, and each extra client workspace costs $49 a month.
- QuickMail sends through your own mail accounts; extra Google Workspace inboxes bought through it cost $3 a month each.

Keep it, or make your own?
Whether this is something you could build for yourself with an AI app builder, and what you would give up.
Keep it
To replace QuickMail you would be making newsletters sent to thousands of people that still reach the inbox. That is not a weekend's work, with an AI app builder or without one.
It costs $588 a year.
What you could not
- Newsletters sent to thousands of people that still reach the inbox.
- It plugs into other products, Gmail, Outlook and HubSpot among them, and has an API.
- AI features, unless you pay a model provider for each request yourself.
- The depth: we grade its features B, which means it covers the whole job.
