What Salesmate's own pages show
Suits
- Small and mid-sized teams that want sales, marketing and support in one CRM
- Sales teams that call and text prospects from inside the CRM
- Teams that want to try every feature with colleagues before paying
Limits worth knowing
- There is no free plan; a paid plan is needed after the 15-day trial.
- Sequences, ticketing, team inbox, SSO and Sandy AI are not in Basic, and the power dialer needs Business.
- Calling, texting, extra Smart flow credits and AI agent credits cost extra on top of the per-user price.
- Salesmate states that all fees are non-refundable, including unused parts of a billing period.
