Part 01 · Overview

Welcome

What it is, who it suits, its grades and the ten things to know first

2.2

GPA, above 5 of the 74 other calendar and scheduling apps we grade

Zeeg is an appointment scheduling platform from Zeeg GmbH that also sells an AI voice agent for phone calls. The scheduling side covers booking pages, round robin, routing forms, payments and a built-in CRM, while the voice agent answers or places calls, qualifies the caller and books the appointment. The two are priced separately, and Zeeg says all data is hosted in Germany under GDPR.

To get you started, here are 9 things to know about Zeeg, taken from its own pages and our grades.

No rating on record, and while a plain booking page is quick, routing forms, CRM objects and a phone agent are a proper project.

The report card

Best for European teams that want booking data kept in Germany

Zeeg is a scheduling platform that says all its data is hosted in Germany under GDPR, with booking pages, routing forms, payments, a small CRM and an AI phone agent that can book callers in. But the bills add up: Free stops at 2 pages with no payments, round robin waits for Business at €16 a user, SSO for Scale at €30, the agent is a separate €49 a month, and prices are in euros before VAT.

ToolGPA report cardZeegGraded Oct 10, 2026
SubjectGradeComment
Value for moneyDProfessional is €10 a user a month billed annually, €12 monthly, before VAT, which is already past the dearest quarter of calendar tools. And round robin, team scheduling and routing forms wait for Business at €16, nearly three times the category's middle, with SSO on Scale at €30.
Free plan and trialCStarter is free forever with unlimited events, but on 2 scheduling pages, and with no payments, group events, workflows or even email support. Two pages is a cap you meet as soon as you offer a second kind of meeting. The 14-day trial of the paid features needs no card.
FeaturesBOne-on-one, group and multi-host booking pages, round robin, routing forms that send a lead to the right person, payments through PayPal or Stripe, workflows, a built-in CRM and a REST API with webhooks. The AI phone agent that books during a call is extra, from €49 a month.
Ease of useCNo rating on record, and while a plain booking page is quick, routing forms, CRM objects and a phone agent are a proper project. Calendars have to be connected before any of it works.
Platforms and integrationsBA web app with no phone or desktop app listed. It connects to Google, Outlook, Exchange and iCloud calendars, Zoom and Teams, with HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce from Business, and there's a documented REST API.
Grade point averageFair, out of 4.02.2

An A is worth 4 points, a B 3, a C 2, a D 1 and an F nothing. The GPA is the average of the five.

  • Not for you if you budget in dollars, since prices are in euros before VAT with no dollar list

5/74

Other calendar and scheduling apps it is graded above

Zeeg's GPA of 2.2 is higher than 5 of the 74 other calendar and scheduling apps we grade, and level with 12.

It stands best on features (B, above 47 of 74) and worst on value for money (D, above 0).

Its paid plans start at about $11.21 a month for each person, against a middle price of $6 for the category: 42 of the 52 others that charge start lower.

On features, ease of use and platforms it scores 2.7 out of 4. 15 tools score higher and cost less.

Keep it, or make your own?

Whether this is something you could build for yourself with an AI app builder, and what you would give up.

Keep it

To replace Zeeg you would be making an AI agent, with the models and the safeguards behind it. That is not a weekend's work, with an AI app builder or without one.

That makes this kind of software worth paying for, not this one in particular: 57 of the 74 other calendar and scheduling apps grade higher. It costs $134.47 a year.

What you could not

  • An AI agent, with the models and the safeguards behind it.
  • Connections to other products, each kept working as those products change.
  • Booking pages that read and write other people's calendars and send the emails.
  • It is priced for each person, which means accounts and billing for a team.
  • What a company asks for before it lets staff use something: single sign-on and SCIM.
  • The depth: we grade its features B, which means it covers the whole job.

What this rests on. Zeeg’s listing: what it does, where it runs, what it plugs into and what it costs. It is a judgement about the kind of software this is. We have not built a replacement for it, and making your own means looking after it too. How we decide, and every tool’s verdict.
