24me vs Fantastical

24me

• People who want events, to-dos and notes on a single mobile calendar
• Families sharing grocery lists, chores and events
• Anyone who wants traffic-based reminders to leave on time

Fantastical

• People with Google, iCloud and Microsoft calendars who want them in one app
• Adding events quickly by typing a sentence
• Households sharing one subscription across up to 5 members

24me

• The store listings cover iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Android and Wear OS. Neither they nor the vendor's site mention a web, Mac or Windows app.
• Email to tasks, location-based reminders, nag alerts, timezone support and printing the schedule all need Premium.
• The App Store's in-app purchase list also shows items named 24me Pro from $9.99 to $99.99 with no billing period, and Google Play gives only a range of $7.99 to $64.99 per item.

Fantastical

• No web version, and the Googlebook app launched in October 2026 does not run on Android phones or tablets; Flexibits says Android support is coming in 2027.
• The free version allows 1 invitee per event, 1 calendar set and a 3-day weather forecast.
• Apple Watch support, push sync, travel time, templates and conference-call detection all need Flexibits Premium.
• Single sign-on and Openings with multiple hosts are limited to the Team plan.

One calendar for events, tasks and notes

Events, to-dos and notes are listed together on a calendar with several views, synced with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Exchange, Yahoo Calendar and Apple iCal.

To-do list with reminders

Tasks take color labels and multiple reminders and can be added by voice, including through Siri and Amazon Alexa. Turning an email into a task is part of Premium.

Notes and lists

Notes can hold text, photos, videos and voice recordings, cover things like shopping lists, and appear on the calendar next to events and tasks.

Smart alerts

Time-to-leave alerts follow traffic conditions, and there are weather alerts, birthday reminders and a summary of the next day's meetings and to-dos.

Conference call dialing

With a dial-in number and passcode entered in a meeting's location field, the app dials into the call without the codes being typed again.

Shared lists and events

Lists, tasks, events, reminders and notes can be shared with family members or colleagues and stay in sync for everyone taking part.

Fantastical

Natural-language event entry

Create events and tasks by typing a plain-language sentence instead of filling in a form field by field.

Day, week, month, quarter and year views

Full-screen views at every scale plus the DayTicker strip, all included in the free version.

Tasks next to events

Tasks from iCloud Reminders, Todoist and Google Tasks appear alongside calendar events on both free and paid tiers.

Openings and Proposals

Premium adds Openings, which let others book a slot from your availability, and Proposals, which poll invitees on meeting times.

Conference call detection

Premium detects Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex links in events and adds a single-click Join button.

Calendar sets

Group calendars into sets. Free allows 1 set; Premium allows unlimited sets, syncs them and can switch sets automatically by time or location.
