Gamified tasks

Completing a task earns XP toward levels, badges and streaks, and leveling up unlocks further features and avatars.

Dopa, the AI coach

An AI coach whose tone can be switched between five moods, from warm and upbeat to blunt. The personal AI coach is listed under the Pro Player plan.

Doomscroll Blocker

Locks the apps you choose until the daily XP goal is reached, then unlocks them. The lock resets every morning without further setup.

Deep Work Timer

A focus timer for distraction-free sessions. The store listing gives session lengths of 25, 45 or 90 minutes.

Task Roulette and AI Task Splitter

Task Roulette picks a task at random when you cannot decide where to start, and the AI Task Splitter breaks a large task into smaller steps.

Habits and routines

Habits are tracked with streaks, and a routine builder arranges morning, afternoon and evening blocks. The free plan allows 3 active habits.

Tiimo

The day appears as a color-coded timeline with drag-and-drop tasks and custom colors and icons. The web planner adds daily, weekly and monthly views.

AI Co-planner

Type or speak what is on your mind and the Co-planner turns it into tasks, breaks them into steps and estimates how long each takes. Free accounts get limited AI chats.

To-do list

A to-do tab collects tasks that are not yet scheduled. They can be prioritized by hand or by AI suggestion, then dragged into the day.

Focus timer

A visual countdown for the current task. Timers and upcoming tasks also show in widgets, Live Activities and on Apple Watch.

Calendar import

Brings Apple, Google and Outlook calendars into the schedule, and the App Store listing also mentions Apple Reminders. Tiimo lists calendar integration as a Pro feature.
