How we grade them

Value for money
CLaunch is $22 a month billed annually, $25 monthly, a little above the $19 middle for builders here and inside the ordinary band. For that you get bookings, a CRM, a free domain worth up to $20 and 1,000 AI credits a month, which is more than a bare site builder hands over. Grow is $41.
BBasic is $8 a month for one site on yearly billing ($10 monthly), with 5 pages, 2 forms and 8 GB of bandwidth. That's inside this category's cheapest quarter ($9). Lite at $1 is a single page, and Plus is $15 for 25 pages.
Free plan and trial
CFree gets you a private website preview, a CRM holding 10 customers and 300 AI credits — 300 in total, not per month. Nobody else can see the site until you pay, so the one thing a website exists to do, it won't do for free.
CNo free plan, but a 15-day trial with no card needed and 3,000 one-time AI credits. After that every site needs a paid plan.
Features
CIt does its own job fully: a site in about 30 seconds with unlimited pages and hosting, SEO with AI-search rank tracking, bookings synced to Google Calendar, a CRM, and agents writing blog posts and lead replies. But it's a smaller job, and Durable says HTML customization is limited and it isn't built for e-commerce.
CAI site generation, a visual builder with custom code, collections that make a page for every item, forms into Zoho CRM and a member portal. The gaps show in the listing: pages are capped per plan, collections start on Plus, and there's no store.
Ease of use
BNo rating on record, but nothing in this category asks less of you: describe the business and a site exists about 30 seconds later, hosted, with no code anywhere and bookings and the CRM already switched on. The one thing to learn is the credit meter.
CNo app store rating on record. The AI gets you a first draft from a prompt, but after that it's a full visual builder with layers and components to learn.
Platforms and integrations
CA web app, with no desktop or phone app listed. The integration list runs to three and all of them are Google — Calendar, Meet and Business Profile — with no API on record. Fine for a local service business, thin beside the rest of the category.
BWeb only, with Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Google Analytics and an MCP connection that lets Claude and Cursor build and edit sites. No phone or desktop app.

Who each one suits

Durable

  • Service businesses such as coaches, cleaners and trades that need a site quickly
  • Owners who want bookings, a CRM and a website on one subscription
  • Testing a business idea with a free private preview before paying

Zoho Sites

  • Businesses already using Zoho CRM that want leads to land there
  • Catalogs, directories and listings built from one page layout
  • A one-page site at a low yearly cost on the Lite plan

Worth knowing

Durable

  • The Free plan gives a private preview only; a public site on a custom domain starts with Launch.
  • AI work is metered in credits: the Free plan's 300 are a one-time total, Launch includes 1,000 a month and Grow 5,000 a month.
  • Durable calls itself a no-code tool with limited HTML customization, and its FAQ says it is not designed specifically for e-commerce.
  • Bookings, calendar sync and removing Durable branding are limited to the paid plans.

Zoho Sites

  • There is no free plan; after the 15-day trial every site needs a paid plan.
  • Each plan caps pages: 1 on Lite, 5 on Basic, 25 on Plus and 100 on Advanced. Extra pages cost $10 a month per 100 ($8.33 billed annually).
  • Collections and dynamic pages need Plus or Advanced, and the member portal needs Advanced.
  • Extra users are $10 each a month, and extra AI credits are $5 per 4,000 as a one-time purchase.

Key features

Durable

AI-generated website
A site is generated in about 30 seconds from a description of the business, with unlimited AI-generated pages, secure hosting and unlimited traffic on every plan.
SEO and AI search visibility
Sites get optimized metadata, structured data and a sitemap. Paid plans add advanced SEO and track how the business ranks in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Grok for its 5 most relevant searches.
Bookings
A booking widget on the site handles availability, intake forms and reschedules, syncs with Google Calendar and adds Google Meet links. It needs Launch or Grow.
Built-in CRM and lead replies
Leads from the site land in a built-in CRM: 10 customers on Free and unlimited on paid plans. On paid plans an AI agent drafts a reply to each new lead, to approve with a click or leave on autopilot.
AI blog posts
On paid plans an AI agent researches and writes search-optimized blog posts with images and internal links, and saves each one as a draft for review.
Brand and marketing content
AI tools generate logos, social posts and studio images. AI use is metered in credits: 300 in total on Free, 1,000 a month on Launch and 5,000 a month on Grow.

Zoho Sites

AI website generation
A prompt produces pages, navigation, layouts, copy and images as a starting point, which can then be refined in the builder or through AI chat.
Zoho Sites MCP
AI tools such as Claude and Cursor can connect through Zoho MCP to create and edit sites, pages, collections, forms and content, then publish.
Collections and dynamic pages
Structured content such as products, events or listings lives in collections, and one page layout generates a page for every item. Collections start on Plus.
Visual builder with custom code
A drag-and-drop editor with layers, saved components and responsive previews, plus HTML, CSS and JavaScript wherever a site needs it.
Forms and Zoho CRM
Lead capture forms with autoresponders send submissions into Zoho CRM or an email list. Each plan caps forms and monthly submissions.
Member portal and SDK widgets
Advanced adds a member portal with access controls, and developers can build React widgets with the Zoho Sites SDK and publish them to Zoho Marketplace.
