Value for money
CCore is for 1 user, so three of you start on Connect: $149 a month billed yearly for up to 5 users, the middle of this category. These prices come from an archived copy of Jobber's pricing page from 16 October 2026, as its live page turned our reader away.
CStandard, Pro and Ultimate all say request pricing, so there's no figure for a crew of three. The FAQ says paying yearly saves $400 or more, but not on what. No published price is a C by our rule.
Free plan and trial
CA 14-day trial with Grow's features and no card needed. There's no free plan.
CA 7-day trial with all features and no card needed. That's the shortest trial in this category, and there's no free plan.
Features
BOnline booking, quotes clients approve online, scheduling, invoices with card, bank and Tap to Pay, a client hub, time tracking and QuickBooks or Xero sync. The whole job, though crew scheduling only comes with Plus at $399.
BScheduling and dispatch with live locations, good-better-best estimates, deposits, financing and Tap to Pay, plus a built-in phone system and AI answering that several rivals sell as add-ons. Service plans, inventory and multi-day jobs need Ultimate though.
Ease of use
A4.8 from 21,285 App Store ratings, the top band for this category. The crew app runs the day's schedule, timers and payments, and team members can use it in Spanish.
B4.6 from 2,191 App Store ratings. Automations are capped at 5 on Standard, so a lot of the automatic follow-ups wait for the bigger plans.
Platforms and integrations
BWeb, iPhone and Android, with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zapier, Gusto and Mailchimp. No desktop app, so it tops out at a B.
BWeb, iPhone and Android, but the listing names only QuickBooks Online and Zapier, and Zapier and the open API need Ultimate. Thin for this category, and no desktop app.
