Key features

TimeBloc

Timelines
Split the day into blocks by the hour or the minute, mark them with icons and colored tags, and reschedule a block by dragging it along the timeline.
Routines
Plan a routine once and TimeBloc places it into the timeline for you. Unlimited routines are a Premium feature.
Calendar integration
Events from your existing calendars can be brought into the day's plan. Unlimited calendars are a Premium feature.
Widgets
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets on iPhone show the next block without opening the app.
Notifications
The app can send a notification for every event. Advanced notifications are listed as a Premium feature.
Statistics
Visualizes your progress over time. Statistics are listed among the Premium features.

TimeFinder

Split view with drag and drop
Task lists and the schedule sit side by side, and a task becomes a time block when it is dragged into a slot. It can be dragged back to a list the same way.
Flexible time blocks
The day can be planned in 5, 10, 15, 30 or 60-minute intervals, and blocks are stretched, shrunk and rearranged by dragging.
Schedule Shift and task rollover
Schedule Shift moves tasks earlier or later in one tap when the day runs late, and rollover carries unfinished tasks into available time slots.
Task bucket
A task can be committed to a date without being tied to a time slot, then placed on the schedule once the day takes shape.
Calendar and Reminders sync
Imports events from Apple Calendar, Google and Outlook and exports the TimeFinder schedule back. The Apple apps also sync both ways with Apple Reminders.
Schedule templates and color palettes
Routines can be saved as templates and reapplied. Task labels remember their colors, and palettes can be chosen from presets or built in a palette editor.
