Value for money
BThe US App Store lists Pro purchases from $7.00 to $54.00 without showing which are monthly and which are yearly, and Tiimo publishes no price list. If the low figures are months, that's about typical for a planner. We can't call it better than that.
BWe can't pin it down. The US App Store lists Premium at seven amounts from $4.99 to $79.99 without saying what period each covers, and the vendor's site has no prices. Lifetime is $119.99, more than a year of a typical planner. A B is where we put a price we can't read.
Free plan and trial
BFree on iPhone and Android, with the basic planner, to-do list, focus timer and 1 profile. But AI chats are limited, the web planner isn't included, and calendar integration is listed as Pro. The 7-day trial comes only with the yearly subscription.
BFree to download on every platform, with a 7-day trial of Premium. But the store listing only says some features require Premium, without naming them. So we can't tell you how far free goes.
Features
AA drag-and-drop timeline with colours and icons, a to-do tab, a visual countdown timer, mood check-ins, and an AI Co-planner that breaks tasks into steps and guesses how long each takes. Calendars come in from Apple, Google and Outlook. The Co-planner isn't on Android, mind.
AA split view where tasks become time blocks by dragging, intervals from 5 to 60 minutes, Schedule Shift for late days, rollover of unfinished tasks into free slots, a bucket for tasks with a date but no time, templates for routines, and calendar import and export. That's time blocking, fully.
Ease of use
B4.59 from about 20,600 App Store ratings, a whisker under our line for an A. You can type or just say what's on your mind and the Co-planner turns it into tasks, which is about as gentle a start as a planner gets.
A4.6 from about 1,900 App Store ratings. Everything is drag and drop: pull a task into a slot, stretch it if it'll take longer, drag it back to the list if it won't happen today.
Platforms and integrations
AiPhone, Android, Mac, Apple Watch and a web planner, with Apple, Google and Outlook calendars brought in. No Windows app. The Mac version needs macOS 15 and an M1 chip or later, and the web planner needs Pro.
AiPhone, iPad, Mac, Android, Windows and the web. It imports from Apple Calendar, Google and Outlook and sends its schedule back. Two-way Apple Reminders sync and the Apple Watch app show only on the App Store listing, not the Google Play one.

Key features

Tiimo

Visual timeline
The day appears as a color-coded timeline with drag-and-drop tasks and custom colors and icons. The web planner adds daily, weekly and monthly views.
AI Co-planner
Type or speak what is on your mind and the Co-planner turns it into tasks, breaks them into steps and estimates how long each takes. Free accounts get limited AI chats.
To-do list
A to-do tab collects tasks that are not yet scheduled. They can be prioritized by hand or by AI suggestion, then dragged into the day.
Focus timer
A visual countdown for the current task. Timers and upcoming tasks also show in widgets, Live Activities and on Apple Watch.
Calendar import
Brings Apple, Google and Outlook calendars into the schedule, and the App Store listing also mentions Apple Reminders. Tiimo lists calendar integration as a Pro feature.
Mood tracking and profiles
Mood check-ins and daily reflections sit alongside the plan. Pro accounts can hold up to five profiles, for example one per family member.

TimeFinder

Split view with drag and drop
Task lists and the schedule sit side by side, and a task becomes a time block when it is dragged into a slot. It can be dragged back to a list the same way.
Flexible time blocks
The day can be planned in 5, 10, 15, 30 or 60-minute intervals, and blocks are stretched, shrunk and rearranged by dragging.
Schedule Shift and task rollover
Schedule Shift moves tasks earlier or later in one tap when the day runs late, and rollover carries unfinished tasks into available time slots.
Task bucket
A task can be committed to a date without being tied to a time slot, then placed on the schedule once the day takes shape.
Calendar and Reminders sync
Imports events from Apple Calendar, Google and Outlook and exports the TimeFinder schedule back. The Apple apps also sync both ways with Apple Reminders.
Schedule templates and color palettes
Routines can be saved as templates and reapplied. Task labels remember their colors, and palettes can be chosen from presets or built in a palette editor.
