Value for moneyDStarter is $99 a month per domain, paid upfront on a 12-month contract, for 100 invitations, and only for small businesses up to $5M in revenue. A shop with 300 orders a month needs Plus at $319 to invite everyone. Set against its listed rivals, that's the dear end.
Free plan and trialCA free account keeps your profile, lets you reply to and flag reviews, and sends 50 invitations a month, with 1 widget and 1 user. Your TrustScore stays whether you pay or not. But a busy shop hits 50 fast, and the 14-day trial is of Plus.
FeaturesBThe whole job for company reviews: a public profile and TrustScore, automated invitations, QR codes, TrustBox widgets, replies and flagging, insights and benchmarks. Product and location reviews are paid add-ons, and AI-assisted replies are Enterprise only.
Ease of useCNo store rating on record. You claim the profile, connect invitations to your store or CRM and add widgets to your site, and the paid plans are quoted on your traffic and revenue.

Keep it, or make your own?

Whether this is something you could build for yourself with an AI app builder, and what you would give up.

Keep it

The plain part of Trustpilot you could make: review collection and reports. What surrounds it you could not. The 5 things listed below take a company, not a weekend.

It costs $1,188 a year.

What you could make

  • Review collection and reports: an app builder makes these well.

What you could not

  • It plugs into other products, Shopify, Salesforce and HubSpot among them.
  • AI features, unless you pay a model provider for each request yourself.
  • Hooks into the device itself: widgets.
  • Sharing with other people, which means accounts and invitations.
  • The depth: we grade its features B, which means it covers the whole job.

What this rests on. Trustpilot’s listing: what it does, where it runs, what it plugs into and what it costs. It is a judgement about the kind of software this is. We have not built a replacement for it, and making your own means looking after it too. How we decide, and every tool’s verdict.
