Part 01 · Overview

Welcome

What it is, who it suits, its grades and the ten things to know first

2.0

GPA, above 2 of the 69 other daily planner apps we grade

Voiset is a day planner and task manager for individuals, families and small teams. Tasks and notes are created by voice or text, and its AI scheduling places them in the calendar around existing events and re-plans when the day changes. Work, family and personal plans live in separate workspaces that feed one master calendar, synced with Google Calendar and Microsoft 365. It runs in the browser and as iPhone and Android apps, with three paid plans priced in euros and a 14-day free trial.

To get you started, here are 9 things to know about Voiset, taken from its own pages and our grades.

  1. 1

Best for planning your day by talking to it

Voiset turns a task said out loud into a calendar entry with a date, time and priority, then plans it around what's already there, with workspaces for work, family and personal life feeding one master calendar.

  2. 2

Paid plans start at about $8.96 a month

As its pricing page puts it: €8 per month, billed annually (€9.99 billed monthly).

  3. 3

    You can try it first

14-day free trial on every plan. Payment details are entered at sign-up and nothing is charged during the trial.

  4. 4

    It runs on 3 platforms

    Web, iOS and Android.

  5. 5

    Voice to task

A spoken sentence becomes a task with a title, date, time and priority. The store listing says 55 languages are understood, and voice minutes are capped by plan.

  6. 6

    AI scheduling

Voiset looks at the calendar, deadlines and workload to find a slot where each task fits, and plans the day again when something changes.

  7. 7

    AI notes

Voice or text notes are sorted into the right workspace and can be turned into tasks with a time and a priority already set.

  8. 8

    A 2.0 GPA, above 2 of 69

That is against the other daily planner apps we grade, on value, the free plan, features, ease of use and platforms.

  9. 9

    Keep it

The plain part of Voiset you could make: natural-language input, tasks, notes and calendar. What surrounds it you could not. The 5 things listed below take a company, not a weekend.

The report card

Best for planning your day by talking to it

Voiset turns a task said out loud into a calendar entry with a date, time and priority, then plans it around what's already there, with workspaces for work, family and personal life feeding one master calendar. But there's no free plan, the 14-day trial wants payment details up front, Base allows 30 minutes of voice a month, and the booking link needs Advanced at €15.99.

ToolGPA report cardVoisetGraded Oct 10, 2026
SubjectGradeComment
Value for moneyCBase is €9.99 a month, or €8 if you pay for the year, which is the dear end of a category whose middle is about $6. And the thing you came for is rationed: 30 minutes of voice a month on Base, with the booking link waiting on Advanced at €15.99.
Free plan and trialDNo free plan, and the 14-day trial asks for payment details at sign-up. Nothing is charged while the trial runs, but you hand over a card before you see the product at all.
FeaturesCSay a sentence and it becomes a task with a time and a priority, AI scheduling finds it a slot and replans when the day shifts, notes turn into tasks, and a master calendar pulls every workspace together. The catch is in its own notes: 30 minutes of voice a month on Base, and the booking link needs Advanced.
Ease of useCNo store rating on record. Talking is quicker than typing and the store listing claims 55 languages, but you're connecting Google or Microsoft calendars and setting up workspaces first, and the prices are a puzzle: euros on the site, dollars in the app.
Platforms and integrationsBWeb, iPhone and Android, with Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 sync, calls through Zoom, Google Meet or Teams, and hooks for Telegram, Claude and ChatGPT. No Mac or Windows download is listed, so on a computer it's the browser.
Grade point averageFair, out of 4.02.0

An A is worth 4 points, a B 3, a C 2, a D 1 and an F nothing. The GPA is the average of the five.

Who Voiset is for

  • Fits if you think of tasks on the move and want to say them instead of typing
  • Works for a family or small team sharing workspaces and one calendar

Who it is not for

  • Not for you if you want a free plan, as there isn't one after the 14-day trial
  • Skip it if you won't hand over payment details just to try something
  • Tight if you talk a lot, since Base stops at 30 minutes of voice a month
  • Pricey if you want a booking link, which starts on Advanced at €15.99 a month, or €13 billed annually
  • Watch out: the site prices in euros while the App Store shows dollar prices without terms, and there's no desktop download

Good to know

Good for

  • People who capture tasks by speaking while they are on the move
  • Small teams and families that share workspaces and one calendar
  • Freelancers who want a booking link tied to their real availability

Worth knowing

  • There is no free plan. The 14-day trial asks for payment details at sign-up and a subscription is needed afterwards.
  • The booking system starts with Advanced, and voice input is capped at 30, 120 or 240 minutes a month depending on the plan.
  • The website prices in euros. The US App Store lists the plans as in-app purchases at $8.99, $14.99 and $29.99, and at $89.90, $149.99 and $299.99, without stating terms.
  • The mobile apps cover iPhone and Android. On a computer Voiset is used in the browser; no separate Mac or Windows download is listed.

Keep it, or make your own?

Whether this is something you could build for yourself with an AI app builder, and what you would give up.

Keep it

The plain part of Voiset you could make: natural-language input, tasks, notes and calendar. What surrounds it you could not. The 5 things listed below take a company, not a weekend.

That makes this kind of software worth paying for, not this one in particular: 62 of the 69 other daily planner apps grade higher. It costs $107.58 a year.

What you could make

  • Natural-language input, tasks, notes and calendar: an app builder makes these well.

What you could not

  • A scheduler that rearranges your day as things move.
  • Booking pages that read and write other people's calendars and send the emails.
  • A real app for iOS and Android. Something home-made would be a web page.
  • It plugs into other products, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 and Zoom among them.
  • AI features, unless you pay a model provider for each request yourself.

What this rests on. Voiset’s listing: what it does, where it runs, what it plugs into and what it costs. It is a judgement about the kind of software this is. We have not built a replacement for it, and making your own means looking after it too. How we decide, and every tool’s verdict.
