Who each one suits

FlowSavvy

  • Individuals who want tasks placed on the calendar without manual time blocking
  • Deadline-driven workloads that shift often during the week
  • People who already keep events in Google, Outlook.com or iCloud calendars

Voiset

  • People who capture tasks by speaking while they are on the move
  • Small teams and families that share workspaces and one calendar
  • Freelancers who want a booking link tied to their real availability

Worth knowing

FlowSavvy

  • Basic schedules only 2 weeks ahead and is limited to 3 repeating auto-scheduled tasks, 5 task lists and 1 set of scheduling hours.
  • Priority levels, task dependencies, syncing tasks out to other calendars, and the API, MCP and Zapier integrations all require Pro.
  • There is no native desktop app. On a computer it runs in the browser or as an installed progressive web app.
  • The vendor aims it at individuals and does not offer team or enterprise features.

Voiset

  • There is no free plan. The 14-day trial asks for payment details at sign-up and a subscription is needed afterwards.
  • The booking system starts with Advanced, and voice input is capped at 30, 120 or 240 minutes a month depending on the plan.
  • The website prices in euros. The US App Store lists the plans as in-app purchases at $8.99, $14.99 and $29.99, and at $89.90, $149.99 and $299.99, without stating terms.
  • The mobile apps cover iPhone and Android. On a computer Voiset is used in the browser; no separate Mac or Windows download is listed.

Key features

FlowSavvy

Auto-scheduling
Places tasks into open time on the calendar based on due dates and durations, and can split a task around events. Basic plans 2 weeks ahead and Pro 8 weeks.
Automatic rescheduling
The schedule is rebuilt whenever an event or task changes, and a Recalculate button puts missed tasks back on the calendar. Reschedules are unlimited on both plans.
Scheduling hours
Sets of hours such as work or personal define when tasks may be scheduled. Basic includes one set; Pro allows unlimited profiles.
Calendar sync
Two-way sync with Google Calendar, Outlook.com and iCloud on both plans. Writing FlowSavvy tasks back to those calendars is a Pro feature.
Priorities and dependencies
Pro adds priority levels and dependency chains for tasks that must follow an order. On the free plan, tasks are prioritized by due date.
Task app sync, API and MCP
Syncs tasks with Todoist, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do and Apple Reminders. A public API, an MCP server for ChatGPT and Claude, and Zapier are Pro-only.

Voiset

Voice to task
A spoken sentence becomes a task with a title, date, time and priority. The store listing says 55 languages are understood, and voice minutes are capped by plan.
AI scheduling
Voiset looks at the calendar, deadlines and workload to find a slot where each task fits, and plans the day again when something changes.
AI notes
Voice or text notes are sorted into the right workspace and can be turned into tasks with a time and a priority already set.
Workspaces and master calendar
Work, family and personal plans sit in separate workspaces, and a master calendar shows tasks, events and meetings from all of them color-coded in one view.
Calendar and meeting sync
Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook connect with one-way or two-way sync per calendar, and calls can be set up through Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.
Booking link
A shareable page shows only the slots that are free across your workspaces and puts each booking in the calendar. Included from the Advanced plan.
