    Who each one suits

    2sync

    • Notion users who plan in a database but keep a Google or Outlook calendar
    • Mirroring Todoist, Google Tasks or Microsoft To Do tasks in Notion
    • People who prefer a flat price per automation to per-task billing

    Unito

    • Teams keeping tasks or tickets aligned across two tools, such as Jira and Asana
    • Support and development teams escalating tickets between systems
    • Companies that want records updated in both directions, not copied one way

    Worth knowing

    2sync

    • There is no free plan: every plan starts with a 14-day trial, and syncs stop running if the subscription is canceled.
    • Notion is always one side of a sync. Each automation links one Notion database to one app, and plans allow 1, 3 or 10 of them.
    • Solo is limited to 3,000 synced items, a 6-month sync window and a 5-minute sync frequency.
    • Changes move on the next scheduled run, every 2 to 5 minutes depending on plan, and email syncs only into Notion.

    Unito

    • Unito does not publish prices: self-serve plan prices appear in the app during the trial, and Enterprise is quoted by sales.
    • Premium connectors such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite and Jira Data Center are limited to Enterprise plans.
    • An item synced between two tools counts as two items in sync, and a workspace that stays over its limit is upgraded automatically.
    • There is no free plan. The trial does not sync closed work items.

    Key features

    2sync

    Two-way sync with Notion databases
An edit in Notion or in the connected app is carried to the other side on the next run, within minutes. Conflict handling applies when both sides change at the same time.
    Per-field mapping and direction
Any Notion property can be mapped to a field in the other app, and each field syncs two-way, one-way to Notion or one-way to the app. Filters decide which items sync.
    Calendars, tasks, contacts and sheets
Two-way integrations cover Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Todoist, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, Google Contacts, Outlook Contacts and a Google Sheets tab.
    Email into Notion
Gmail and Outlook Mail messages are saved into a Notion database. This is the one integration type that syncs in a single direction, toward Notion.
Scheduled runs with logs and alerts
Automations run in the background from every 2 minutes to daily, depending on plan and settings, with a sync history, detailed logs and email alerts when a sync has a problem.
    No copies of synced data
The vendor says it processes data to perform syncs but stores only the links between items and the configuration, not copies of events, tasks or contacts.

    Unito

    Two-way sync flows
A flow connects two tools and copies changes in both directions, so one flow stands in for the separate triggers and actions an automation builder would need.
    Rules
Rules set which items sync, when and where, using filters and conditions. They can include existing items, so past records are brought across as well as new ones.
    Field and user mapping
Fields are mapped between tools by hand or automatically, including custom fields, with a direction for each one. Users are mapped so assignments stay with the right person.
    Comments, attachments and hierarchies
Unito syncs comments, attachments, subtasks and parent-child links between items of different types. The 14-day trial shows attachments as links to the source tool.
    Live updates through webhooks
Webhooks are configured automatically to push changes in under a minute. The self-serve Basic and Pro plans are described as updating every 5 to 15 minutes.
    Developer Platform
A toolkit for building a private or public connector for any tool with an API, using JavaScript, so it can sync with every other Unito connector. Listed under Enterprise.
