How we grade them

Value for money
DBidX Essential is $195 a month for up to $10K of ad spend, a pared-down version without individual rules. Graded against the ad tools it's listed beside, that's more than Teikametrics' $149, which does more. The full platform is $495 plus an unpublished share of spend, on an annual commitment.
CNo price is published: every plan is quoted after a demo, and the pages don't even say whether the fee is a flat rate or a share of ad spend. With nothing to compare, it sits at C, the grade for no stated price.
Free plan and trial
FNothing free: no free plan and no trial. New customers can take a paid three-month proof of concept instead. Only the Share of Voice add-on has a free part, the first 100 keywords.
FNothing free on record: no free plan and no trial, just a demo with sales. You can't see the software for yourself until you've been quoted.
Features
CBulk campaign creation, nightly keyword, bid and budget automation, Amazon DSP, Marketing Cloud reports and a Share of Voice add-on. It covers ads well, but Essential is pared down, bids change nightly rather than hourly, and it's ads only.
CHourly bids from Amazon Marketing Stream, custom rules, Marketing Cloud audiences, promotions and a strategist, across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Criteo, Google, Meta and Microsoft. Broad for ads, but ads is all it does: no research, profit or reimbursements.
Ease of use
CNo rating on record. It pulls 90 days of ad data when you connect and builds campaigns in bulk, but there are ad accounts to link and automations to set up.
CNo rating on record. The strategist does much of the running, but you start with a demo, and every channel you advertise on has to be connected.
Platforms and integrations
CWeb only, with no phone or desktop app. It connects to Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, Marketing Cloud and Walmart, with ChatGPT for keyword ideas. One account handles one Amazon account per region by default.
BWeb only, with no phone or desktop app. It connects to Amazon Ads and DSP, Walmart, Instacart, Criteo, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Microsoft Ads, more channels than the other ad tools here.
