Key features

Chronicle

AI deck generation
Pasted notes, outlines, meeting docs or existing decks are turned into a structured presentation. Generating a deck uses about 10 tokens plus 1 per chapter from the plan's monthly allowance.
Freeform canvas and Muse agent
Generated slides remain editable on a freeform canvas, with control over layout, content, animation and media. From the Plus plan, the Muse agent makes edits from written instructions.
Brand themes and templates
Brand fonts, colors and visual rules are set once and applied to every deck. Custom themes start at Pro, saving and generating from templates at Plus, and custom fonts at Max.
Sharing and export
Decks can be presented, published as a website or exported to PDF on every plan. PowerPoint export starts at the Plus plan.
Embeds
Slides can embed live content from other tools, including Loom and YouTube videos, Google Sheets and Airtable data, Calendly booking pages and Typeform or Tally forms.
API and MCP
A REST API with workspace-scoped keys lists templates and generates presentations, and an MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT and other clients create decks. Zapier, Make and n8n can trigger generation.

Presentations.AI

Deck generation from any input
A text prompt, Word document, PDF, URL, Google Doc or Excel file is turned into a structured deck with copy, layouts and design. The sequence changes with the stated goal, such as a pitch or a board update.
Brand Sync
Pasting a website URL pulls the logo, fonts and colors and applies them to every slide. Paid plans add custom brand colors and fonts, and Gold adds saved custom templates.
PowerPoint and PDF export
Paid plans download decks as editable .pptx files that open in PowerPoint or Google Slides, or as PDF. The FAQ advises reviewing an exported file before an important meeting.
Refresh
A master deck can be updated with new data, a new recipient or a new context while its structure and design stay fixed. Presentation Refresh is listed as a Gold feature.
Sharing and analytics
Pro and Gold share decks through unbranded and password-protected links, embed them on websites, present remotely, and track views and engagement on individual slides.
API and automation
A REST API with webhooks generates decks from JSON, CSV or text and returns a PPTX, a PDF or a web link. Zapier and Make trigger generation without code.
