Value for money
C$7 a person a month on yearly billing, or $10 monthly, which sits below the $8 middle here but outside the $5.10 cheapest quarter, so it's ordinary money. For that you get unlimited storage, Gantt charts, time tracking and guests. Timeline view and dashboards need Business at $12, and AI is a separate bill.
CWe couldn't confirm a price: none is published. Startup, Pro and Enterprise are all quoted through sales, and Startup is only for firms under 15 people and $2 million in revenue. C is the grade when no price is on record.
Free plan and trial
CUnlimited tasks and unlimited members for nothing is rare and genuinely useful. Then you meet the caps: 60MB of storage, which a few slide decks fill, 5 spaces, 1 form, 3 whiteboards, and the fancier features only there to try.
CNo free plan, but a 14-day trial of Pro with no credit card. When it ends, you buy a plan to keep going.
Features
ATasks in 15-plus views, list, board, Gantt, calendar, table, then docs and wikis, chat, whiteboards, dashboards, goals, native time tracking and automations in the one workspace, with Brain AI over the top. The breadth is what sets it apart: nothing here is left to a second app.
CIt does the run-a-process job fully: checklists with forms, approvals, conditional logic and enforced order, schedules, controlled documents and Data Sets. But that's a smaller job than planning projects, with no boards or Gantt charts on record, and the apps don't work offline.
Ease of use
B4.68 from nearly 10,000 App Store ratings, just under the 4.7 an A needs, and the written reviews are why it goes no higher. Work lives in spaces, then folders, then lists, and one reviewer was still lost after a week of how-to videos.
CNo rating on record, and the work is turning your procedures into workflows: steps, form fields, approvals and rules. The AI can draft a workflow from a description, which shortens it.
Platforms and integrations
AWeb, Mac, Windows, Linux, iPhone, Android and a Chrome extension, which is the longest list in this category. There's a public API, and it hooks into Slack, GitHub, GitLab, HubSpot, Google Drive, Figma, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
BWeb, iPhone and Android, with Slack, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Jira, DocuSign, Zapier and Power Automate, plus an API and webhooks. No desktop app, so it stops at B.
