- Chats past the plan's allowance cost $0.05 each and AI chats past it $0.10 each; the page alerts you at 80% and 90% of the allowance.
- Branding removal, webhooks, the API and CRM integrations such as HubSpot start at Professional.
- Extra seats are €25 a month in the comparison table, which gives no dollar figure; annual billing is a 12-month commitment.
Tidio
- Plans are capped by conversations a human answers: 50 a month free, 100 on Starter and up to 2,000 on Growth; above that is Plus, from $300 a month plus usage.
- Lyro is free for 50 conversations once; ongoing use is an add-on from $39 a month for 50 conversations, up to $700 for 1,000, on monthly billing.
