Value for money
BBusiness is $18 a month billed yearly ($20 monthly), with unlimited contacts and teammates and $20 of credits a month for AI replies and WhatsApp messages. That's the cheaper quarter of this category. Meta's WhatsApp charges come out of the wallet at its own rates, and no US figure is given.
DStarter is $36 a month billed yearly for 500 web and Messenger chats, but that only answers people who start a chat. Messaging 1,000 customers means WhatsApp campaigns, which need Professional WA at $188 billed yearly, plus Meta's fees and Landbot's own charge per message.
Free plan and trial
CNo free plan, but a 7-day trial with full access, $15 in credits and no credit card. Enough to set up the AI agent and watch it answer.
CA free plan with 1 seat and 100 chats a month on web chat, with the full builder. No AI chats, and WhatsApp only on a test number. There's also a 14-day trial of the paid plans with no card.
Features
BThe whole chat-marketing job: an AI agent that answers and qualifies leads, Instagram and Facebook comment auto-replies, WhatsApp broadcasts, bookings and payments in the chat, a shared inbox and a simple CRM. Business gives you 1 bot.
CA strong bot builder with AI agents, A/B tests, human takeover and CRM links. But campaigns are WhatsApp only and need Professional WA, Instagram isn't a channel, and branding removal and the API wait for Professional.
Ease of use
CNo App Store rating on record. You'll connect each channel, feed the AI agent your knowledge base and keep an eye on the wallet, since heavy AI use can pause the bot.
CNo App Store rating on record. The work here is building the bot itself, block by block, which templates speed up but don't skip.
Platforms and integrations
BRuns on the web, with Google Sheets, Stripe, Meta Pixel, a JSON API and an MCP server for AI assistants. Thin on ready-made integrations, though: the help center says Zapier isn't supported. No apps.
BRuns on the web, with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Google Sheets, Airtable, Mailchimp, Zapier and Slack. No phone or desktop app, which keeps it off an A.

Worth knowing

Chatfuel

  • Meta's WhatsApp charges, including service replies since 1 October 2026, come out of the wallet at Meta's rates by country; no US figure is given.
  • Plan credits do not roll over, and messages stop when the wallet reaches zero unless auto top-up is on; heavy AI use can pause the bot until the limit resets.
  • Refunds are given only if you cancel within 3 days on monthly billing or 30 days on annual billing.
  • The pricing page names Zapier among integrations, but the help center says Zapier is not supported; other tools connect through the JSON API.

Landbot

  • WhatsApp needs Professional WA or Business. Meta's fee comes on top, plus a Landbot charge the page states as a flat 20% in one place and €0.05 per message in another.
  • Chats past the plan's allowance cost $0.05 each and AI chats past it $0.10 each; the page alerts you at 80% and 90% of the allowance.
  • Branding removal, webhooks, the API and CRM integrations such as HubSpot start at Professional.
  • Extra seats are €25 a month in the comparison table, which gives no dollar figure; annual billing is a 12-month commitment.
