Ontraport

  • An annual subscription is a commitment for the year; a full refund is offered if you cancel within the first 30 days after signing up.
  • The iOS app is listed for iPhone only.
  • Some integrations, such as Shopify and QuickBooks, run through third-party connectors like Zapier or Connex.

Salesmate

  • There is no free plan; a paid plan is needed after the 15-day trial.
  • Sequences, ticketing, team inbox, SSO and Sandy AI are not in Basic, and the power dialer needs Business.
  • Calling, texting, extra Smart flow credits and AI agent credits cost extra on top of the per-user price.

Drag-and-drop pipelines track contacts through any process, with as many pipelines as needed, plus lead scoring and routing and a unified history for each contact.
Marketing automation
Automated campaigns send email and SMS, with tracking and attribution tools and a Meta custom audiences integration.
Payments
Order forms take payments, with upsells and order bumps, recovery of declined charges, a customer center, and partner programs with referral tracking.
Pages, forms and membership sites
A drag-and-drop page builder, form builder and access controls are used to build online courses, customer portals and membership sites without coding.
Custom objects

Calling and texting
