Welcome
What it is, who it suits, its grades and the ten things to know first
2.2
GPA, above 5 of the 74 other calendar and scheduling apps we grade
Appointlet is an online scheduling tool for professionals and teams who take appointments from clients. People book through a shared link or a page embedded on a website, fill in an intake form, and get a calendar invite with a web conferencing room. A free plan covers small teams with a monthly cap on bookings, and Premium adds reminders, payments, round robin and branding controls.
To get you started, here are 9 things to know about Appointlet, taken from its own pages and our grades.

The report card
Best for small teams taking client bookings
Appointlet is a booking page for teams who see clients: they pick a slot, fill in your form and get an invite with a Zoom, Meet or Teams room. Free covers up to 5 people but stops at 25 bookings a month with no automated reminders, and Premium is $9 per member a month billed annually. There's no mobile app yet, no recurring meetings and no phone support.
| Subject | Grade | Comment |
|---|---|---|
| Value for money | C | Premium is $9 per member a month billed annually, $12 monthly, which sits between this category's $6 middle and its $10 dear end. Ordinary, then, and what it lifts is the cap plus reminders, payments and round robin. Appointlet does say it takes no cut of what you charge clients. |
| Free plan and trial | C | Free with no time limit for up to 5 people, with 25 bookings a month between you, 1 scheduling page and no automated reminders, which a booking tool rather needs. The 14 days of Premium at signup need no card. |
| Features | C | The basics are here, and the listing names what isn't. Booking links and embeds, intake forms on every plan, co-hosted meetings, and on Premium round robin, manual approval and payment by Stripe or PayPal. But recurring meetings aren't supported at all, and it syncs only Google and Office 365. |
| Ease of use | C | No rating on record, and there's no app to rate. Before anyone can book you there's a calendar to connect, a scheduling page to build and intake forms to write. Help is chat and email only, with no phone number to call. |
| Platforms and integrations | B | Web only, with Chrome and Firefox extensions and no mobile app, though the FAQ says one is being built. It connects to Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Meet, Teams, Stripe, Salesforce, Zapier and webhooks. |
An A is worth 4 points, a B 3, a C 2, a D 1 and an F nothing. The GPA is the average of the five.
Who Appointlet is for
- Fits if you're a team of up to 5 booking fewer than 25 meetings a month
- Works for clinics, schools and firms that need intake details before each meeting
Who it is not for
- Skip it if you manage bookings from your phone: there's no mobile app, only Chrome and Firefox extensions
- Not for you if clients book the same slot every week, as recurring meetings aren't supported
- Tight if you're staying free: 25 bookings a month, 1 scheduling page and no automated reminders
- Watch out: reminders, payments, round robin, group meetings, Zapier and webhooks all need Premium at $9 a member
- Watch out: calendar sync covers Google and Office 365 only, and support is chat and email with no phone line
Good to know
Good for
- Small teams that take client appointments and need round robin
- Schools, clinics and firms that collect intake details at booking
- Up to 5 people who book fewer than 25 meetings a month and want to pay nothing
Worth knowing
- The Free plan is capped at 5 members, 25 bookings per month and 1 scheduling page.
- Automated reminders, payment collection, round robin, group meetings, Zapier and webhooks all need Premium.
- There is no mobile app: the FAQ lists Chrome and Firefox extensions and says a mobile app is in development.
- Recurring meetings are not supported, and support is by chat and email with no phone line.

Keep it, or make your own?
Whether this is something you could build for yourself with an AI app builder, and what you would give up.
Keep it
The plain part of Appointlet you could make: forms. What surrounds it you could not. The 3 things listed below take a company, not a weekend.
That makes this kind of software worth paying for, not this one in particular: 57 of the 74 other calendar and scheduling apps grade higher. It costs $108 a year.
What you could make
- Forms: an app builder makes this well.
What you could not
- Booking pages that read and write other people's calendars and send the emails.
- It is priced for each person, which means accounts and billing for a team.
- It plugs into other products, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 and Zoom among them.
What this rests on. Appointlet’s listing: what it does, where it runs, what it plugs into and what it costs. It is a judgement about the kind of software this is. We have not built a replacement for it, and making your own means looking after it too. How we decide, and every tool’s verdict.
