Team scheduling

Round robin, a Premium feature, distributes meetings across members with pooled availability. Co-hosted meetings show only times when every host is free.

Custom intake forms

Forms collect details at booking with text fields, single and multiple choice questions and checkboxes. They are included on every plan.

Reminders and manual approval

Premium sends automated email reminders before meetings and lets hosts approve or decline each meeting request before it is confirmed.

Payment collection

Premium accounts can charge for a meeting at booking through Stripe or PayPal. Appointlet says it takes no commission on those payments.

Calendar and conferencing sync

Connects Google and Office 365 calendars to prevent double bookings, and creates a unique Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Webex room for each meeting.

Unlimited booking pages with a custom link, logo and brand colors on every plan. Pages detect the visitor's time zone and are translated into more than 30 languages.

Calendar sync

Checks Google, Outlook and iCloud calendars for conflicts and writes new bookings back. The Free plan connects 2 calendars; Pro has no limit.

Team and resource scheduling

Pro adds round robin distribution, collective events with several hosts, and letting invitees pick a provider. A seat can be a person or a bookable resource such as a room.

Payments at booking

Pro collects payment through Stripe or a PayPal request in 150+ currencies, with taxes and coupon codes. Koalendar says it takes no commission.

Reminders and follow-ups

Calendar invitations are free. Pro adds email reminders, custom notifications and follow-up emails, plus SMS reminders that are charged by usage.

Mobile apps and extensions

iPhone and Android apps manage bookings and share links, and browser extensions for Chrome, Edge and Brave give quick access to booking pages.
