Value for money
BStandard is $10 a seat a month billed yearly, the same starting price as SavvyCal and Reclaim, where Cal.com asks $12. Round-robin and Salesforce sync need Teams at $16, and Notetaker needs a Plus plan, with Teams Plus at $24.
BPro is $6.99 a seat a month billed annually, $9.99 monthly. About typical for booking tools. Two things to watch: rooms and equipment count as seats, and Koalendar is testing new pricing, so some new visitors see Pro at $9 instead.
Free plan and trial
BFree forever, with unlimited meetings. But it's one event type, one calendar connection and one-on-one meetings only. Enough for a single booking link. New users get two weeks of Teams Plus first, then drop to Free.
AFree forever, with unlimited bookings and booking pages, 2 synced calendars, website embeds and the phone apps. Most solo people could stay on it. You do go without reminders, payments and group sessions.
Features
ABooking pages, group and round-robin events, lead routing, automated reminders, and Stripe or PayPal payments at booking. Notetaker records and recaps Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls. There's a REST API with webhooks too.
BBooking pages in 30+ languages, round robin, group sessions, bookable rooms, and payments through Stripe or PayPal with coupons and taxes. Solid for a small business. But the listing shows no API and no reporting, and Zapier is the only automation link.
Ease of use
A4.8 from about 55,000 App Store ratings. Set up an event type, share the link, and the invitee picks a time. They don't need an account or a seat to book.
BConnect a calendar, set your hours and share the link. Pages pick up the visitor's time zone and language by themselves. We have no App Store rating on record to go by, so it stops at a B.
Platforms and integrations
AWeb, iPhone and Android, extensions for Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari, and add-ins for Outlook, Gmail and LinkedIn. It syncs with Salesforce and HubSpot and has a REST API.
AWeb, iPhone and Android apps, and extensions for Chrome, Edge and Brave. It syncs with Google, Outlook and iCloud calendars and works with Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Stripe and Zapier.

  • Individuals who need one free booking link

Koalendar

Worth knowing

Calendly

  • The Free plan allows one event type and one calendar connection, for one-on-one meetings only.
  • Round-robin scheduling, lead routing and Salesforce sync need Teams; SSO is an add-on on Teams and built into Enterprise.
  • Notetaker and Callie are not in base Standard or Teams. They need a Plus plan (Teams Plus is $24 per seat / month, billed yearly) and are English-only.
  • Enterprise starts at $15k per year and 50 seats and is billed in USD only.

Koalendar

  • The Free plan syncs 2 calendars, offers only Google Meet for video links and has no reminders, payments, group sessions or custom form questions.
  • Koalendar is testing new pricing: some new visitors are shown Pro at $9 per seat / month on annual billing ($12 monthly) with an added Business or Premium tier.
  • A seat is any bookable user or resource, so rooms and equipment count toward the bill. SMS reminders cost extra.
  • HIPAA support with a BAA is sold as an add-on on request.
