It is sold as a single plan, Nimble Business, priced per license.

To get you started, here are 9 things to know about Nimble, taken from its own pages and our grades.

It does work inside Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft Teams, so the CRM comes to where you already are.

The report card

Best for solo sellers who prospect on LinkedIn

Nimble is a CRM that fills in your contacts' social and company details, and its Prospector extension shows their history on LinkedIn and in your inbox. There's one plan at $24.90 a license. But there's no free plan, an expired trial is locked and then deleted after 60 days, there are no refunds, and contacts past 25,000 cost $10 per 10,000.

ToolGPA report cardNimbleGraded Oct 10, 2026
SubjectGradeComment
Value for moneyCOne plan, $24.90 a license a month on yearly billing or $29.90 month to month, which is the ordinary middle for a CRM here. There's no dearer tier, so nothing is held back. Past 25,000 contacts, each extra 10,000 is $10 a month.
Free plan and trialCNo free plan. There's a 14-day trial, though our listing can't say whether it wants a card. When it runs out the account is locked, then deleted 60 days later, so don't leave your data in it.
FeaturesBContacts that enrich themselves with social and company data, deal pipelines with forecasts, Kanban workflows, email sequences, marketing emails with open tracking, web forms and web chat. That covers the job for a small team. Email sync needs Google, Microsoft 365 or IMAP.
Ease of useC4.49 from about 620 App Store ratings, a hair under our line for the next grade up and from a fairly small crowd. It does work inside Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft Teams, so the CRM comes to where you already are.
Platforms and integrationsBWeb, iPhone, Android and the Prospector browser extension, with no desktop app. It works with Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Teams, LinkedIn, Mailchimp and Zapier, and there's an API.
Grade point averageFair, out of 4.02.4

An A is worth 4 points, a B 3, a C 2, a D 1 and an F nothing. The GPA is the average of the five.

Who Nimble is for

  • Fits if you prospect on LinkedIn and want contact details filled in for you
  • Works for people who work out of Gmail or Outlook all day and want the CRM in there too

Who it is not for

  • Skip it if you want a free plan, as there's only a 14-day trial, and an expired account is deleted after 60 days
  • Not for you if your email is POP3 or hosted Exchange, because those can't sync
  • Tight if you sign up for the year, as there are no refunds and you can only go monthly in the last month
  • Watch out: the account holds 25,000 contacts and 2 GB a seat, and each extra 10,000 contacts or 10 GB is $10 a month
  • Skip it if you want a desktop app, as there's web, iPhone, Android and the extension only

Good to know

Good for

  • Solo professionals and small teams that work from Gmail or Outlook
  • People who prospect on LinkedIn and want contact details filled in automatically
  • Buyers who want one plan with email marketing and web forms included

Worth knowing

  • There is no free plan; an expired trial account is locked, then deleted 60 days after the trial ends.
  • An account is limited to 25,000 contacts and 2 GB of storage per seat; each extra 10,000 contacts or 10 GB costs $10 a month.
  • Email sync needs Google, Microsoft 365 or IMAP; POP3 and hosted Exchange accounts are not supported.
  • Nimble does not give refunds, and an annual plan can be switched to monthly only in its final month.

Keep it, or make your own?

Whether this is something you could build for yourself with an AI app builder, and what you would give up.

Keep it

To replace Nimble you would be making email sent in volume that still reaches the inbox. That is not a weekend's work, with an AI app builder or without one.

It costs $298.80 a year.

What you could make

  • Sales pipeline, kanban boards and forms: an app builder makes these well.

What you could not

  • Email sent in volume that still reaches the inbox.
  • Connections to other products, each kept working as those products change.
  • A real app for iOS and Android. Something home-made would be a web page.
  • It is priced for each person, which means accounts and billing for a team.
  • AI features, unless you pay a model provider for each request yourself.
  • The depth: we grade its features B, which means it covers the whole job.

What this rests on. Nimble’s listing: what it does, where it runs, what it plugs into and what it costs. It is a judgement about the kind of software this is. We have not built a replacement for it, and making your own means looking after it too. How we decide, and every tool’s verdict.
